First experience of click and collect. Non grocery. 2.5 hours before I was told they only had 6/10 of the order, but didn’t see the email so went anyway. Went into store as wasn’t sure where to collect (as it wasn’t food). Waited in a queue, told to use machine, order number not valid. Someone goes to look- recognises content of my order. Goes to look, tells me to drive to click and collect bit (not visible from car park entrance or signed). I arrive there, try to log in to tell them I’ve arrived, sit back and relax they say on the advertising. Nope. System unable to register (I was already logged in). So I phoned. The lady was nice enough. 6 out of the 10 items I needed for my classroom. Felt like a big waste of my time.

Never been a big fan of Asda so have that in mind with this review. The parking and traffic around here is awful and it's better to pick your moments. Used the click and collect with Q-R code and it didn't register, entered it manually and still waited a while. Eventually an assistant checked and saw it was on their system but didn't show it as "Yellow" whatever that means! Anyway best thing about Asda is that some and not all products are competitively priced.

I wish there was a minus button - they could get -10 for customer service today. Store Manager just made my daughter cry. She was trying to return a faulty item and was told she was a liar!!. Will be reporting Tasha, thank you for your response. My daughter purchased a flask and when she filled it with coffee it started leaking. She went to the counter and explained this to the lady working there. She then went and got another lady. I explained again and she said she would ask the manager. She then walked off and got the manager, came back to me and said 'that is the manager over there.' So my daughter walked over to the manager as she didn't seem inclined to walk to my daughter. She then asked her to explain again what had happened to the flask which she did. The manager then abruptly said to her... but you told my colleague you dropped it! As she was telling her that she did not say that she interrupted her and said 'well didn't you notice when you put the coffee in '? I explained that it wasn't broken when I filled it up and she interrupted me again and rudely said 'well we cant give you a refund, if you have a problem you have to go to the manufacture and complain to them'. 1) how unprofessional to make the customer walk to you and not greet the customer yourself. 2) If she had dropped the flask why would she even think about returning it - that would have been her own fault. 3) She didn't want a refund she wanted a flask! My daughter said the managers body language and attitude was totally not what you would expect from any employee let alone a manager. I appreciate you looking into this Hello - Thank you once again. The lady was about 5ft tall with short blonde hair.

Absolute joke of a shop. Lots of empty shelves and only two staffed tills with long queues. Queues for the self checkouts and one member of staff trying to help here, constantly being caught by each of the self checkout machines and the multiple please wait for assistance prompts. Added an additional ten minutes on to my shop. Don’t wish to come back until sufficient checkout staff are employed to serve customers.

5 star today for college's in the customer service her name Dania she's helpful some one deaf . I saw her should Asda so proud for her

ABSOLUTELY useless!!!! Ordered a shop for collection, the girl goes to see where it is, 30 mins later still sat waiting. This place is a joke

The staff are mainly friendly and will assist. The older the better, the youngsters are bit lazy. The staff on the self service tills are really helpful and chatty.

It is very poorly run. I have been using them for many years and it never seems to improve. There never seem to be baskets at the entrance despite a security guard sat right next to the area were they should be kept. Often there are also groups of staff standing around chatting by the door. They recently introduced a new range of cakes which to start with were great but now they only seem to have the least popular on display. The same goes for the hot pies / sausage rolls etc. In the afternoon all they have left if chicken pieces. This seems to be a regular accurance with much of the stock. The other main inconvenience are the Asda staff collecting the home delivery stock. They are always blocking isles and they don't seem to show any respect for other shoppers.

Super range of everything you need in one shop. From clothes to fruit to deodorants. Definitely my go to place.

Good for the weekly shop, improved shopping experience since scan and go was added and app for asda savings and points.

Pricing on the shelves very misleading, products marked as star products are not and products that are star products are not marked. Need to get labels updated. Long queues at checkout with only two open, no staff, think this is a ploy to get customers to use self checkout to reduce staff numbers

It is very popular for Asda Fuel with low price compared to other petrol pumps. The Asda superstore is very large, and all products are available here. It's across 2 floors, with 2nd floor for clothing (George) and electrical item. There is also a pharmacy in the store.

I had to work at a site in Tunbridge Wells and went to this ASDA for a couple of cold drinks. As soon as I walk in, they have the food to go and a fridge with a plastic curtain near the entrance so you'd expect the fridge to be cold, WRONG, the fridge is barely on and the drinks all warm. I was that annoyed I walked out, no sale

Left my family with out food because of error in delivery service Appalling that no attempt was made to reimburse the family so that they would not go hungry My daughter in law paid for this food and need it now Not a voucher in two weeks Do you have any idea the suffering and stress your company policy has caused ? boycott shopping there

Extremely well laid out, excellent good quality merchandise at excellent prices. As a quite large storee be prepared for long queue at checkout and later in busy times as at late afternoon and early evening .Staff are extremely helpful and courteous and will take you to the product you are enquiring of if you are uncertain.

Consistingly unorganised, awful Customer Services received from Tunbridge Wells Superstore when placing online orders. I place my orders using a 'saver delivery slot' - the store is supposed to send customers a text message on the day of delivery to confirm the 1hr delivery window but Tunbridge Wells Superstore never does! I end up having to call the main ASDA Customer Services to find out when my shopping will be delivered. On two occasions, Customer Services could not confirm the delivery time so I have had to stay in doors all day waiting for my shopping. On another occasion, the manager of the store promised to call me back to confirm whether my shopping would be delivered at all and I never received a call back. I have handed back substitutes to the driver and then the store does not refund my credit card. Will not shop with ASDA again.

Big store with lots to offer. A shame the men's clothes section has reduced so much and it would be good if it had a wider range of dishwasher products. Lots of fresh meat, fresh pizzas, good quality fruit and veg and mostly reasonable prices.

I am awarding 1* purely because of the shocking toilet facilities. I counted at least 100+ customers...and ASDA in their wisdom have ONE TOILET... For disabled, baby changing, male and female customers? This, in our chronic post Covid world where we are still requested to keep our distance to protect the status quo. I've never found fault in any ASDA store...but this is both shameful, Dickensian and totally wrong. Come on ASDA, get with the program and buck your ideas up.

New coffee machine looked great went to use it at I said out of milk I said to a member of staff on customer services it’s broke it’s run out of milk. Her reply “well it’s going to have to stay broken int got time!” I just said great customer service i hurt what she muttered when I left. 13.35 today. She is the wrong person to have on customer service she was rude to another customer whist I was waiting. Also was moaning about wanting her brake to a fellow employee
