Store
Manager
just
made
my
daughter
cry.
She
was
trying
to
return
a
faulty
item
and
was
told
she
was
a
liar!!.

My
daughter
purchased
a
flask
and
when
she
filled
it
with
coffee
it
started
leaking.
She
went
to
the
counter
and
explained
this
to
the
lady
working
there.
She
then
went
and
got
another
lady.
I
explained
again
and
she
said
she
would
ask
the
manager.
She
then
walked
off
and
got
the
manager,
came
back
to
me
and
said
'that
is
the
manager
over
there.'
So
my
daughter
walked
over
to
the
manager
as
she
didn't
seem
inclined
to
walk
to
my
daughter.
She
then
asked
her
to
explain
again
what
had
happened
to
the
flask
which
she
did.
The
manager
then
abruptly
said
to
her...
but
you
told
my
colleague
you
dropped
it!
As
she
was
telling
her
that
she
did
not
say
that
she
interrupted
her
and
said
'well
didn't
you
notice
when
you
put
the
coffee
in
'?
I
explained
that
it
wasn't
broken
when
I
filled
it
up
and
she
interrupted
me
again
and
rudely
said
'well
we
cant
give
you
a
refund,
if
you
have
a
problem
you
have
to
go
to
the
manufacture
and
complain
to
them'.
1)
how
unprofessional
to
make
the
customer
walk
to
you
and
not
greet
the
customer
yourself.
2)
If
she
had
dropped
the
flask
why
would
she
even
think
about
returning
it
-
that
would
have
been
her
own
fault.
3)
She
didn't
want
a
refund
she
wanted
a
flask!
My
daughter
said
the
managers
body
language
and
attitude
was
totally
not
what
you
would
expect
from
any
employee
let
alone
a
manager.
