    First time I've ever been motivated to write a negative review. Worst customer experience received EVER. Summary as follows: -told I didn't need to book for hire order fitting on a weekday -rang several times on the morning I planned to visit for good order to ensure it was ok- no one picked up the phone -turned up and was delighted to see that i was the only customer in the shop. -despite having TWO staff members doing nothing and no other customers, I was told they couldn't help as I had not pre-booked !! -I already knew my size and all that was required was for one of the staff to go and find the size, yet they couldn't be bothered and refused, preferring to stare idly at the till instead. Still in shock that a company can operate with such rude and incompetent staff, who would go out of their way to ensure a terrible customer experience. Clearly only interested in new orders and any pre-paid hire customers are treated like 3rd class citizens. Appalling!

    To be honest, I was very disappointed. I wet in to buy a dinner suit , but the service was very minimal. I needed help ,advice, but couldn't get any, now I am sure this was a one off experience but it was my experience! Maybe it's all due to Covid ! I went to Tunbridge Wells branch from Eastbourne , As I have shopped here many times in the past, maybe you can understand my disappointment. I wont bother making that track again.

    Beth at this store was amazing - great at coming up with solution to wedding hire and kids sizing - superb customer service - a real asset to Moss Bros

    Moss Bros have some of the best suits on the high street but, the real heroes are Kerry & Chris, both of whom are genuinly lovely people and were brilliant throughout in getting me and my groomsmen looking fabulous. Thank you so much guys!

    This review is dedicated to my man Chris & Terry @ the Tunbridge Wells store. I had booked an appointment online for a tailoring service and advice, for a Monday it was very quiet and was seen earlier despite the appointment being schedule for 11am. Chris asked me questions and I provided answers that helped the process of choosing a suit. Throughout the entire process Chris was extremely thorough and helpful. I love his energy and enthusiasm, made the experience wayyyyyyyyyy better. Bigup Chris & Terry, will be back soon to tell you the updates. Bossman signing out.

    4 starts for the helpful staff but didn't like the food and cans of drink being consumed and left on the counter. When you're buying an expensive suit, the possibility of it being damaged or permeated by fast food and drinks puts you on high alert.

    We struggled to find the perfect waistcoat for my wedding day. Chris and Kerry helped us find perfect custom fabric and lining which contrasted the suit perfectly. The fit was great and most of all their customer service is first class. We subsequently went back to also fit out other members of the group because of their charisma and attention to detail. They genuinely love what they do. We will be back for more suits!

    Such nice staff who were really helpful, Will definitely be going back here when I need to update my wardrobe. I also didn't realise how nice the casual clothes are that Moss Bros do and it is a reasonable price considering the quality.

    Got my partner booked in for a fitting, we had the best experience today with Chris, he was fantastic so knowledgeable and put my partner as ease. We walked away with a stylish suit and fantastic service. Highly recommended

    The service my son and I had today in the Tunbridge Wells store was 1st class. The lady that served us was so knowledgeable, helpful and went above and beyond. I am only sorry I didn’t get her name. She was working on the ground floor of the store. A total asset to your company. I cannot thank her enough for the everything she did. My son now has a great suit for his interview. Thank you.

    Terrible customer service from the main service team at Moss Bros. Bought a quite expensive suit and have worn it less than a month but the trouser hems have already come undone and the inside lining has ripped. Tried to call the Tunbridge Wells Store on 4 separate occasions but no answer and the main customer service line has taken over 2 weeks to even get back in contact with me. Will not be shopping here again.

    I needed a suit for a business appointment. I explained that I would be going abroad and that time was of the essence. They could not have been more helpful. I got the trousers in store and the jacket was delivered (free) the next day. The staff were very kind and incredibly helpful. Thank you for helping me out. It has made things a tiny bit easier.

    Absolutely Fantastic. Due to being busy I had to split my experience at Moss Bros across two days. The first I told the assistant manager Chris what I was looking for, and I have to say he did not disappoint. He spoke with me about what I was after and what’s in my budget. He is clearly an expert and left me a few things to have a look at the next day. I go in and am greeted by Harry who instantly picked up from where Chris left of (a great showcase of communication) We spoke about the right fits and accessorised the suit to make it’s how I dreamed. He explained how different ties would bring out different characteristics and what that meant for me. Clearly knowing what they are talking about the team looked after me really well. The service they provided was spectacular and a fantastic turn from what the shop used to be. This new team are definitely going to redefine the fashion of Tunbridge Wells. Thank you very much to you guys I with you the best.

    Hired a suit for an ascot party. They promised to deliver it the day before via DPD. It didn’t arrive. They wouldn’t refund. Manager wanted to argue instead of resolve the matter. Kept trying to avoid responsibility and blame DPD. I didn’t choose their courier they did. Very poor customer service so have disputed charge with credit card.

    Moss Bros Tunbridge Wells were outstanding helping me sort out a suit hire change at the last minute for my wedding due to my best man getting Covid. Spoke with Eleftherios on Wednesday 16th Feb to explain the situation and he rang the Leeds store (nearest to my new best man) to get it changed. Had the suit ready for collection on Friday 18th Feb. Amazing amazing amazing and thanks for contributing to our big day!
