Needed the back cover of my watch to be put back on after changing the battery at home. Special tool needed. These guys did it free of charge and with a lovely smile! Went in to replace some watch batteries, very helpful staff and, even though it was not long before closing, they replaced the batteries while I waited. Even looked into one watch that wasn't working, told me the reason why and didn't charge for the investigation. Took out lifetime battery replacement as it aligned with how I use the watches. Great service.

Even at this busy time of the year, the premises was well staffed with an eagerness to serve and with a smile.

My fiancé and I went in this week to buy our wedding rings and had just the best experience! The two ladies (Katherine and Sarah I think) who served us were brilliant, very attentive and good fun. I visited F.Hinds in Tonbridge and they had a very wide selection of jewellery when I had found the item I wanted. They were very polite and courteous, answered any questions I had and were very helpful in general. Served with a smile which always makes the world of difference. Very impressed, will definitely be returning for my next item.

I can’t fault the ease of getting my ears pierced at F.Hinds. I walked in off the street and was able to make a booking for the same afternoon. The staff were all very polite, friendly and helpful. Megan who pierced both my ears was fantastic with me. From explaining the process and what I could expect. She washed her hands and put on gloves and then used a sterile tissue that I saw her open, a new one for each ear. She spoke about where to mark each ear and got me to check in the mirror. After confirming the choice of earrings she pierced my ears. It was such a good experience and one I felt was carried out with the upmost care given to hygiene and make me at ease. I’ve had a piercing from another retailer and sadly my experience was very different and not a match to the standard and cost of going to F.Hinds. So I would highly recommend and say without reservation always have your ears pierced at F.Hinds as you have after care at 6 weeks should you want to attend. The cost is much lower and if anything like me you’ll feel looked after to the best standard. Thank you F.Hinds and thank you Megan 😊

I cannot believe how I was treated - like I was the most important customer in the world. They went well beyond what they had to to make me happy. I cannot stress how impressed I am with their service. I also love the stock and think that the prices are really good. Very impressed in every way, really :).
