If you don’t want any added stress leading up to your big day I would be very mindful about ordering your dress from Pantiles Bride. I would never normally leave a negative review however due to my experience and lack of response from the shop I wouldn’t want any future brides treated the way I was. Considering the dress is one of the most important parts of the BIG day. To begin with I had a great experience from this shop. I found my dream Suzanne Neville dress in November 2021 and placed the order. I had my fittings in February where I was advised to go for a made-to-measure due to body shape. Due to alteration lady spraining her wrist my final alteration appointment was cancelled. This can’t be helped so I was scheduled in ONE week before my wedding. Even though I ordered my dress 11 months before my wedding in September. I went to my final dress appointment and was unhappy with the belt alteration as it showed an obvious crease at the front (picture attached) . Instead of being able to walk around and check I was happy with my dress, I was asked to get out of my dress after less than 20 minutes and leave the shop. Even though I had obvious issues with certain details of the dress. Due to them wanting to focus on another bride whose veil had gone missing. Even though there were two shop staff and I had booked a 2 hour slot. My bridesmaids took the day off to be shown how to bustle the dress, as instructed by Alexandra, and they did not get to practice this. I had to re-schedule an appointment 2-days before my wedding to complete alterations and final fitting. On collection my veil wasn’t steamed and belt alteration was not completed due to time-constraints. Instead fabric was just cut off. It was very rushed. After contacting Suzanne Neville showroom the final price difference would have been £200 as I had to pay £760.00 for alterations with Pantiles. I would recommend purchasing your dress straight from the designer showroom and that way you should be able to guarantee a good service for the quality and price you pay. Maybe I am just an unlucky with the service I received, looking at the previous reviews, but the owner Maria was very rude. She said to me that ‘everyone is entitled to a holiday’ after I complained about the way I was treated. It also concerned me that I paid for my veil upfront and at my final fitting the first question was “what does your veil look like?” and “Is this your Veil?” as they were trying to find the other brides lost veil. I would have hoped there would have been a better organisation system that would have customer’s names on items if they have already paid for the product. Overall, unless you can guarantee Alexandra will be there at every fitting, which is not possible, then I would also be very conscious that your dress may not be ready for your big day. It caused me unnecessary stress leading up to my wedding which could have been avoided. The dress is one thing you can control so I would just be very mindful. For the price you pay, I would have expected a better quality service and more focus on the bride. Final fitting should be the most exciting however this was not that case for me and I was left feeling deflated. Additional info - Alexandra did show one of my bridesmaid how to bustle the dress on my re-scheduled appointment. But this meant we had to take another day off and come at short notice. As I originally was only meant to collect the dress 2 days before my wedding.I had to go back into the shop and re-schedule an appointment with Maria as this was not offered at first. Luckily I was happy with the final dress, apart from the belt. Paying nearly £800 for alterations I would have expected a higher quality finish. In hindsight I would have purchased straight from Suzanne Neville store due to the price difference being only £200 extra. I contacted the shop and their response was that they had to focus on the other bride and find her veil. That’s understandable but when you have another bride that’s getting married in 7 days the focus also needs to be on them.

I felt incredibly well look after and supported, which was particularly important to me during the craziness of the pandemic, and having to move our wedding date. I never once worried about my dress - and was so reassured knowing we were working with the team at the Pantiles Bride. Donna was fantastic at my first appointment choosing my dress, and Alexandra was wonderful at all my measuring/fitting appointments, answering all my questions about veils and shoes, and even setting up a video call for my sister when she wasn't able to come to my final fitting, complete with lighting! I loved wearing my wedding dress and veil on the day, and got so many compliments - I felt truly special! Thank you for everything!

I had an amazing experience at the Pantiles Bride and would highly recommend them. Maria and Alexandra were so welcoming and helped me to find truly my dream Suzanne Neville dress. After my wedding was moved due to Covid, they were really accommodating and put me totally at ease. The dress was fitted so well and was in perfect condition on collection ready for my big day! Highly recommend the beautiful Pantiles Bride. From the minute I stepped inside on my first appointment, they made me feel so important and I almost felt like I was a celebrity! I was really nervous as I hate attention being on me and I’ve always hated shopping, but the staff made me feel so comfortable and most importantly confident! Which is very rare. Alexandra was just fantastic, she has such a love for what she does and it shows. She made me feel so at ease that my dress was going to be perfect for my big day, down to every last stitch and alteration. I had such a good experience that my sister is now in the process of getting her wedding dress from here. I contacted Pantiles after seeing they sold my dream dress! I am obsessed with Jesus Peiro. I decided I was getting married (Eloped) last minute with only 5 months notice. I contacted Maria at The Pantiles Bride and I was concerned I was going to be too late to get my dream dress. I was mistaken, I took my mum and mum in law to see me try on a couple of dresses we chose out of the huge collections they have and I still chose my dream dress. I had Alexandra fit me every time and OMG she is everyones soul sister they need when trying on dresses. It is such a daunting feeling when you don't like yourself and hate seeing body parts you normally cover up, but Alex made me feel so special and supported every time I saw her. Nothing was too much, every fitting I had, I lost weight but there was never a concern (even though I was) but they got it all fitting amazing and spot on. The bridal shop is set in such a beautiful location with lots of cafes and bars around. The actual shop is just so luxurious and stunning, you really feel special buying a dress here. I absolutely can't reccomend the pantiles bride enough and you will be well taken care of with Alexandra. I want to do it all over again! Maybe for a future vow renewal ;) Thanks again!

I had a great experience with the Pantiles Bride. Maria took such time and care with me at my first appointment, helping me find my perfect dress and following up afterwards with ideas for bespoke options to help with my vision. All of the gowns in the shop are gorgeous, it is so hard to choose but I found my perfect one. It was a really special experience in a beautiful shop. Afterwards, Alexandra had a couple of fitting appointments which were so much fun and exciting finding all of my accessories. My dress fitted perfectly on the day, and I loved it. Thank you so much. Had such a great experience at Pantiles bride and found my dream dress here (Suzanne Neville with a bespoke over skirt which I could take off after church service! Alexandra made a secret zip ). I purchased my dress pre covid and in between this I had a baby too. Pantiles bride kept my dress throughout this period, I finally got to try it on! I had a lovely appointment with Alexandra, unfortunately my dress didn’t fit…too much covid/baby weight. Alexandra gave me lots of options, but I decided to lose the weight so I could feel myself on my big day ! I had a few extra appointments so I could keep trying on my dress to make sure I felt comfortable! I had a great relationship with Alexandra and Maria, who I felt personally helped me to get to my vision of how I wanted to look in my beautiful dress. Needless to say, we managed to get the dress to fit perfectly within 6wks. I absolutely loved my experience. I was getting ready in the hotel in the Pantiles, so Alexandra offered to deliver my dress the morning of the wedding. So it was freshly steamed. Honestly my experience really enjoyable. Just want to say a huge thank you to Alexandra and her team for making the process of finding my dream wedding dress so fun and memorable. From my first appointment to my last, she took the time to really make sure everything was perfect and I couldn't have been happier with the end result. Creating a bespoke dress always felt like a bit of a risk (not being able to try it on until it's made!) but Alexandra was so reassuring and encouraging, and it was lovely to hear her excitement over the phone when the dress eventually arrived in store! Would without a doubt recommend Pantiles Bride to anyone looking for a special and unforgettable experience!

I genuinely could not recommend Pantiles Bride enough. The whole experience was exactly how I expected it to be. They give you their full attention and make it easy! I was able to find my dress in my first appointment. They have the best selection! Needless to say it has been really tough with weddings at the moment, and for something that at times felt like a nightmare, Pantiles Bride made it special for me again. I really cannot thank the team enough for everything they did.

An absolute must visit for any bride! Having spent some time researching dresses (mainly on social media), I booked to visit two bridal boutiques on a Saturday. The Pantiles Bride exceeded all expectations for the initial consultation, slightly bamboozled by quite how many beautiful dresses there were, they were both patient and helpful whilst myself, my mother and my bridesmaids deliberated! At this point, my bridesmaids and I had fallen in love with a dress, that my mother wasn't quite sure on.. Over the next few weeks I visited a few more boutiques in London (where I work), and both the service and the quality of dresses were far below that of the Pantiles Bride. With THE dress still on my mind, we went to the designers boutique to see if we could persuade my mother, and whilst I managed to succeed in getting sign-off for the dress, there wasn't a doubt in my mind that I was going to buy it from the Pantiles Bride, as the level of warmth in the shop was incomparable to the others I had visited. So, I returned to the Pantiles Bride, and was measured up for the dress, and also a bespoke little sleeveless jacket (to appease my mother!) and veil, all superbly designed by Alex at the PB. Over the next few fittings Alex and Donna not only provided the dress of my dreams, but counsel and useful thoughts throughout the (quite stressful!) wedding planning period! On the day, largely through the help of Alex, both my mother and I were in love with the dress, I got lots of compliments on it (but I think that always happens to the bride!!) and most importantly to me, I felt so comfortable in it! So, a complete success in my eyes, and I was genuinely sad not to have any more dress fittings once it was all over!

The Pantiles Bride was the second of three bridal shops I visited, and the experience there just doesn’t compare to others. From the moment we walked in the door, the whole experience was truly wonderful. We were met by Alexandra, who is very professional, welcoming and warm. The first dress I tried ended up being the one, but Alexandra was very patient while I tried others and came back for a second appointment to ensure I had definitely made up my mind. When I came back about 8 months later for my fitting, Alexandra got down to business preparing the dress for alterations, and the whole process was so calm and professional, I had absolute trust that it would be perfect - which it really was. I was thrilled with my dress and veil, and the whole experience with Alexandra at the Pantiles Bride was so joyous and friendly, I’ll really miss the appointments! I can’t thank you enough, and I would 100% recommend!

I cannot recommend Alix and The Pantiles Bride enough. From the initial call to book an appointment I just knew that this would be the place I would find my wedding dress and it was. From trying on various gorgeous dresses, to choosing the 1, to fitting 1, fitting 2, alterations and collection- the process was incredibly positive and seamless. Alix is LOVELY, she makes you feel incredibly special and she really wants the best for all her brides. She is very knowledgable and takes real pride in everything she does. She is a real gem and a credit to The Pantiles Bride store. They stock the most gorgeous dresses and brands. I bought a Sassi Holford dress and my experience was 10 times better than going to the Sassi Holford store in London. Would highly recommend Pantiles Bride.

I knew exactly which dress I wanted for my big day and after enquiring with several bridal shops across the country, finally found Pantiles Bride who could provide it at a competitive price. Upon meeting the team (and despite my living in London), it was a no brainer and I selected Pantiles Bride to work with for my dress. The experience was great from start to finish. Alex was incredibly helpful, flexible, kind and reassuring, going over and beyond throughout the entire process to ensure the dress fit and sat perfectly.
