Took diamond ring in for valuation, was told that it was worthless. Had independent valuation at several other jewellers and was told it was worth between £3500 & £5000 retail. Buyer beware.

Cannot recommend highly enough. All their work is thoughtful and to the highest quality. They have done a wonderful job on all my items: antique earrings changed from clip-ons to pierced; faulty and low-quality hoops for earrings from an expensive jewellery shop replaced to great effect; and most impressively, designed and made my bespoke wedding ring which is absolutely beautiful and exactly what I wanted. Fantastic.

VT Jewellers have done an amazing job on replacing a new platinum band for my diamond engagement ring. It had to be made to fit into my wedding band and it has come back perfect! Would highly recommend this company.

Excellent repair on a gold chain. I know it was broken - but I can't even see the repair. They are honest, decent people with honest, decent prices, such a refreshing change. My husband had items designed and custom made and they are beautiful, top quality jewellery work.

Just used VT to mount some loose opals again. The quality of the work is great and the cost very reasonable. Communication was good. Jobs may take a little longer than qouted, but the results are worth the wait. Happy to recommend VT.

NEVER AGAIN! If I could give zero stars I would! I took my watch in for a simple battery replacement and after multiple visits (they never answer the phone) I finally got my watch back! Without being fixed! Every time I went to collect they come out with some rubbish excuse as to why it has not been done, promised to call me with updates and never did call me. On the 4th visit 7 weeks later I gave up and now have my watch back….still not fixed! Extremely RUDE staff and very unprofessional. My advice STAY AWAY!

Having had my watch for 6 weeks for a bezel repair and cleaning they told they could not get it to work despite changing the mechanism. It was working when I took it to them. They told me my watch may not work again as it had moisture in it and may have rusted. Heartbroken as I had it for over 30 years (a gift from my husband before we married), I took it to another jewellers. They said it clearly had not been cleaned and suggested changing the battery. That done it works perfectly.

My chain was repaired, but I felt very uncomfortable in the store when asking for it to be repaired they guy was basically trying to shoo me away because I don't have thousands to spend. I was told if I do it again the job will be refused. Very kind words for a new customer. I wouldn't spend your money here there are other gold jewelers that will be grateful with your business.
