I popped into Timpsons today - what a delight - always friendly staff - very informative too (they sorted my watch problem - who knew watches were solar powered these days!). The guy who served me was very polite and friendly - all the customers who came out before me had smiles on their faces too. Thank you for great customer service

I would highly recommend you going here. The guy is amazing. We have had keys cut, phone screens changed numerous times, photos of kids for passport and he goes above and beyond. Fantastic customer service and remembers you each visit. Hope he is recognised by Timpsons as he is so good!

Unfortunately, Timpson Tunbridge Wells at Linden Park Rd has ruined my Uniqlo coat while dry cleaning it. Its bright red colour has drastically faded and both arms now carry visible, dark stains. I have just dropped by to collect it tonight (2-Feb-23), but seeing what happened to it, I left it there as it's now next to useless and can't be worn! This is so so bad guys and needs to be investigated.

We had just completed on a property in Crowborough and needed extra deadlock keys. The local shop that we used cut 3 keys, which then did not work. I went back to the shop and they filed and recut them. I returned to the house to find that they still didn't work. We ran out of time, so I asked for the money back, and we went to Timpsons in the Sainsbury's car park in Tunbridge Wells. Great service. Very knowledgeable guy in the shop. He cut a key which worked perfectly first time. We cannot speak highly enough of Timpsons and will never go anywhere else for keys. Thank you Timpsons.
