The Town House is definitely the nicest dental practise I have ever been to. Brooke is an incredibly kind hygienist and she has really improved my willingness to go to these appointments - it’s never going to be the most comfortable thing but this is the first time I’ve not found it painful and I truly believe she cares about me as a person. Peter is such a lovely dentist to visit, so much so that a little part of me actually looks forward to a check up - which is saying something as have always been very nervous at the dentist. He makes the effort to get to know me and helps me feel more at ease by letting me get to know him. He takes the time to explain things, my appointments never feel rushed, and I really believe he has my best interests at heart. I genuinely feel like his favourite patient (although I’m sure all his patients feel that way!). Also love watching the animals on the ceiling TVs during an appointment!

The Town House Practice has been supporting me through a dental problem recently. Yesterday I had an extraction, and I was not looking forward to it! I need not have worried. Peter handled the whole process with great gentleness and care - fully explaining all that would happen. I have never known injections to be given so carefully that I felt nothing - until now. My whole experience since joining the practice has been of genuine care, kindness and professionalism.

I was recommended the Townhouse Dental Practice when my previous dentist closed. As a nervous attendee at a dentist, I was thoroughly reassured when I arrived and have now been going for 2 years! Wish I had known about them earlier in fact! Very professional and very welcoming staff from the receptionists, dentists and hygienists. Who would have thought I wouldn’t mind going to the dentist.

Peter did my implants for me and I stayed on as a patient - his dental work is exceptional - kind and considerate, always putting the patient first I saw Brooke afterwards - for first impressions Brooke was very good the best hygenist I have been to in a while From my appointments and visits the office staff are always polite, considerate and helpful I would definitely recommend them to people who are looking for an excellent dental practice

I started going to The Town House Dental practice at the beginning of the year. The moment you step through the doors, it’s as if you have been a patient with them for years. All the staff are very friendly, putting you at your ease. At the moment I’m having my teeth straightened, which can be a little painful at times. Peter Ball my dentist, has also had this procedure done so he knows what I’m experiencing. I’m so glad I found this dentist.

The whole team at Town House Dental Practice have been amazing! Throughout my treatment that have made me feel welcome, confident and cared for. I have just completed my Invisalign treatment and at every stage nothing was too much trouble. Brilliant, friendly and professional. They were also fantastic when I had a problem in lockdown and had to do some DIY dentistry... they talked me through it and got me in as soon as the restrictions were lifted. I'm really grateful. Decided to get Invisalign for myself and after 1 year, I am incredibly pleased with the results. On top of that, staffs are amazing - they create a calm environment during procedures and are very friendly; you end up making lifelong friends. Couldn't recommend it enough.

As always at Town House the service is excellent. The quality of communication is top draw. Extremely professional and competent, you feel in very safe hands. Can't recommend enough.

I moved to the Townhouse as it was recommended by a friend early this year. I needed several jobs done and they have already done everything for me, so far I have being very happy with everything. Peter is my dentist and he always make sure you are happy with the job done. They don't try to sale you things that you do not need. They will recommend some works you might need, but is up to you to do it or not and when. (I know most people gets annoyed with this in some clinics. Here you won't need to worry). I have issues with my neck so they put a lovely pillow for me and are super patient. Everyone in the clinic is very professional, nice and kind. They make you feel welcome. Definitely recommended them.

What can I say . Broke a tooth that was already filled, my usual dentist couldn’t fit me in. Fortunately bumped into Peter who saw me on the same day ! I’m a very nervous patient but was put at ease from the outset. The reception staff were brilliant in making me feel at ease. Peter explained every step to me and what he needed to do. Needless to say 2 appointments later I have a fully restored tooth ( a crown ) and I couldn’t be happier with the treatment I received from the team . You have restored my confidence and will not hesitate in coming back again !

I have been visiting the Town House for many years and always pleased with their service. However, I was very nervous about having a new dentist but felt I had to give them a try, particularly as I had heavily filled teeth. 2 crowns and an extraction later I am pleased to say I had the very best service, and all done at my own pace. The Town House always deals with any dental isssues I might have in a professional and personal manner, always looking for the best outcome that can be achieved. The dentist (Peter) and his staff always listen to what I have to say. All problems that arise are dealt with quickly and efficiently.

Great service and dentists!! I've visited the Town House Dental Practice twice now as an emergency patient as I live mostly in London and managed to get appointments straight away on the day. The reception and management staff has been super friendly, professional and helpful. Thank you Sam for rearranging my appointments and putting up with my bad cellular service when chatting on the phone. I've seen John Krinos and Peter Bell to repair temporary crowns who have both been excellent! I also had a very good detailed chat with Peter about some further dental work and was impressed by his knowledge and attention to detail. I would definitely recommend the Townhouse Dental Practice to anyone living in the area or as an emergency dentist for out-of-towners. I'd also recommend not eating Cadbury's Finger of Fudge chocolate with temporary crowns!! ;-)

I had Composite Bonding done on my upper and lower teeth with Peter, and I am incredibly happy with the results. My teeth look great and above and beyond what I had hoped to achieve. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend them. Thank you to the entire team.

I've been going to see Peter and his team for nearly two months now and I can confidently say he's the best dentist I've experinced in years. I had a teeth whitening treatment ‘in surgery’. I am really pleased with the results as I didn’t want that crazy white unnatural Hollywood smile. My teeth colour has improved substantially and the care was great. My only frustration is that my dental trays were not ready for collection on the treatment day. I had to chase up and when they eventually arrived they didn’t fit. I’m also positive that the casts received were not of my teeth. I would add that the thought of having someone else’s casts in your mouth is quite unpleasant. I’m sure the necessary action will be taken to correct this.

The Town House has been my regular dentist for over 5 years now. I keep coming back because I receive great care from skilled professionals whose priority is for me to have the best outcomes. I am always greeted with a smile by the receptionist and dentist. The dentist (Peter) always listens to anything I have to tell him. I always come away feeling I have been looked after and confident that if there are any problems they will be dealt with quickly and well.
