Im
very
shock
of
how
most
of
the
stuff
in
this
clinic
treated
me.
Starting
from
the
manager,
to
the
nurses,
one
of
the
receptionist
and
one
female
vet.
Unprofessional,
with
an
attitude
to
grab
your
money
and
treating
the
animal
like
a
package
if
you
ever
show
signs
of
wanting
a
breakdown
of
a
£1000
bill
for
the
test
only!!!
Also,
They
given
the
impression
that
on
the
top
of
paying
all
those
expensive
bills,
they
are
treating
you
with
no
manners
and
arrogance.
There
are
plenty
of
surgeries
out
there
that
have
a
wonderful
customer
service
and
they
are
passionate
about
the
animals,
not
the
money.
A
very
shocking
answer
from
one
of
the
female
vet
in
this
place
When
I
asked
her
what
would
they
do
if
they
see
a
very
poorly
pet
but
the
owner
couldn’t
afford
all
the
bills
and
the
insurance
doesn’t
cover?
Her
answer:
we
would
put
the
animal
to
sleep
and
letting
it
die.
That
came
out
from
someone
that
we
trust
our
pets
with,
but
she
and
the
whole
clinic
are
only
move
for
money.
(btw
the
surgery
in
Crowborough
is
run
by
the
same
vet
stuff
apparently)
Im
getting
my
cat’s
full
history
from
them
and
moving
on
to
a
new
place
that
know
the
value
of
animals.
Avoid
this
place
guys.
