My family started using Imperial Pharmacy when we moved into Good station road around 1974ish. Then the town was much different to the town we now know. I have used Imperial now personally now for around 5/6 years. When I'm unable to collect my medication. They deliver excellent service very friendly staff

The Female Staff are always very friendly. The male in there is rude and arrogant, particularly on the phone. I am not the only one who thinks this. I will not use the store any more, due to him.

Have been using this pharmacy for many years now and they are definitely the best pharmacy that I have ever used,the staff are always extremely helpful and will go out of their way to help you. Many of the staff have worked there for as long as I can remember which is always a very good sign.

I visited this pharmacy today after going to another local pharmacy where I didn’t receive much help. The staff here were so friendly and helpful, I spoke with the pharmacist Deborah (sorry if the name is wrong) who was so lovely and gave me all the advice I needed. She took her time with me to ensure I felt better before leaving too. You can tell they care about what they’re doing here, I would definitely go back!

The 72 hr COVID PCR test advertised by this pharmacy on its website (see picture) is not actually a service provided by the pharmacy but by a Nottingham-based lab. The "Medicspot PCR Test Hub Tunbridge Wells" is also not a lab. The Nottingham lab which actually provide the service advertised on the Imperial Pharmacy website does not guarantee a 72 hr service over the weekend. Be very careful when booking PCR tests through the pharmacy website

The staff here are very helpful and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. I collected my prescription today for the first time. It was ready and waiting and two extra items I didn't think they had in stock they did.....so I left a much appreciative and happy shopper. Please support your local shops!!

I tried to book travel clinic services, but wasn't able to. I was instructed to use a website that had tech issues and didn't work . Tried to call, was instructed to raise the issue with the website tech support team, who acknowledged the issue and redirected me back to the pharmacy, who then said to me to send and email but that the travel clinic person was on holiday and it would take a couple weeks to get a response. I gave up and found a better place to have the service I needed.

After a very negative experience at another local pharmacy I ended up at Imperial slightly panicky about obtaining my perscription, they couldn't have been lovelier, very reassuring, very professional and had dispensed what I needed in about 2 mins. I will defintely be using them in the future. Thank you so much for your help!

You would struggle to find a better pharmacy anywhere. Combining a staff that is both knowledgeable and friendly, with a great location and premises creates the best pharmacy I've ever visited. Massive shout out to front of house Abbey and pharmacist Sarah, they are the best amongst amazing staff!

I use Imperial Pharmacy for everything now after some very bad experiences elsewhere (thankfully now closed). Staff are very friendly and helpful. The shop is well stocked with some nice pharmacy brands. I always end up buying something whilst waiting! The only reason they don't get 5 stars is that the website simply doesn't work. I tried ordering a repeat prescription for my husband and there was no indication on the order or via email that out GP does not take take requests for repeat prescriptions from pharmacies. The staff didn't seem to know that the website even had the option to do this!
