I had a consultation for chin filler as I was self conscious of my side profile. The nurse was quick to point out all my other flaws and all the treatment she recommended, this totalled £8k. She was quick to point out this would need topping up every couple of months. I left feeling even more self conscious and upset, not the experience I expected and a horrible sales technique by battering your confidence to almost bully you into their whole range of treatment. Viva will not be getting my business

Came to Viva Skin Clinics for the first time today and I can honestly say I’ve never felt more welcome. The staff is amazing! So sweet and lovely, always ready to help and answer all your questions about their products and procedures. Will definitely be back!

After months of researching clinics in London and Kent I decided to give VIVA Skin Clinic in Tunbridge Wells a go. I was warmly welcomed by Gemma who was extremely helpful and professional throughout the entire process of helping pick a potential treatment, booking my appointment and made me feel extremely calm on the day. Carrie was the most knowledgeable aesthetician I have ever been to and was truly excellent at making my forehead botox and underarm botox absolutely PAIN FREE! I am amazed by the results and would recommend this clinic to anyone looking to have a consultation or treatment. Thank you both, looking forward to returning soon.

Such a beautiful place to walk into, it feels like a spa. The staff are amazing and super friendly, always a very professional and friendly service. The staff really know what they are talking about and help to make you feel at ease.

I’ve been to the Tonbridge Wells clinic now a couple of times and each time the staff have been so attentive and kind as soon as soon as you walk in the door. Vikki was lovely and explained everything so well before we started with the treatment

Lovely natural Botox with Dr. Rupert, a real artist who made me feel at ease. The least painful Botox I’ve ever had (barely felt it) - he’s apparently a trainer for other doctors and nurses for injecting. I have booked in with his associate at his recommendation and I’m so happy with both treatments. It’s lovely inside, warm welcoming team and you leave feeling great. What more can I say? Thanks team viva!

*UPDATE 09/12/22* - It's been a week and I never received contact from a member of management. I called today to be told someone else will call me in exactly 5 minutes. This was at 15:41... It's now 19.15. I feel very messed about and I have knocked down a star because of this. I've been nervous about writing a review but I need to be honest as it's been eating me up inside for a while. I had a free consultation on the 29th of October to see what could be done about the deep lines under my eyes. I went ahead with the treatment the same day. The service in the clinic was great, I felt looked after. They also let my other half come in and sit in the waiting area. However, I was expecting a call after two weeks to see how I was getting on with the fillers which never happened? I also feel like I paid £700+ to not look any different - Not sure if it's because a higher dosage of filler is required? I'm also not sure if the price included the discount for agreeing to have my photos uploaded onto the website. It's a shame as I'd definitely go back to have an appointment with Vikki again.
