Really awful. I tried to call the surgery for 45 minutes today, and each time I called I was put straight on hold. After 10 minutes of being on hold, the automated message changed to one saying that they were now closed, and then cut me off. I did this 4 more times before giving up and driving to the surgery, I then had to park half a mile down the road, because the car park was full. When I finally got to speak to the lady behind the desk I felt so sorry for her. She said that she is the only one that answers calls, as well as manning the reception. Surely there is a better way to do this? Awful service, I will be moving to a different surgery soon.

Just can’t get anywhere with this surgery. I’ve been a patient here for over 7 years and in that time I’ve probably only needed to see the doctor on maybe a handful of occasions, hence why I’ve stayed for so long because this place is infuriating!!Getting an appointment or just ordering repeat prescriptions is like playing spin the bottle! (You may get a call back from the Doctor but probably not) a couple of months ago I needed to see the Doctor for a severe pain in my chest, after practically begging the receptionist on my 3rd phone call to get an appointment I was finally seen and sent for scans (luckily nothing serious) I have just recently wanted to speak to the doctor about going through the menopause, I phoned, got told to call back in a few days time, I did, told to call in a few days time!! So I filled out the online consultation form and got an email telling me the doctor will call on Monday 20th before 6:30pm!! It’s now 7:38pm and no call or contact has been made. I’ve now made the decision to leave the surgery.. It’s sooo frustrating, what is wrong with this surgery?? No wonder it’s only got 1.3 stars on this site. Update. 08/10/2021 never received a call back!!! We have left this surgery.

Only 1 star because I had to.. they dont let you book online or on any of the apps. The complaints secont of the website doesnt exist. They dont want you to book appointments at any cost. They only seem to have one phone line into the surgery which is always busy and cuts off after you have waited a while. They seem rude which considering the fact they are always dealing with unhappy patients because they cannot see or get hold of a doctor is fair. They need to really improve. The only good thing I can say is that the Nurse is the only happy helpful person there.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! I have been issued a PARKING FINE?! For going and picking up a prescription for my partner. She is registered to this GP surgery yet the GREEDY parking company are still trying to fine me. How on EARTH can a GP surgery operate like this???? I am livid beyond belief. I will NEVER attend this GP practice ever again, absolute SHAME on you NHS.

Don't even bother, they don't listen. Prescribed medication i'm allergic to despite it being on my records and telling the Dr numerous times. Yesterday I had a severe reaction to a cream which the GP said "Try it anyway", since then they will not speak to me despite promising a call back for the past 2 days. I have had to call 111 who are shocked at what I have been prescribed from this doctors surgery and have told me they will contact my GP urgently after their errors. My only hope is this doesn't happen to too many others.

It is unbelievable to not be able to get hold of the GP, phone calls constantly being ignored or rejected and no way of even leaving a message. Furthermore, the attitude of the receptionists is disgusting.

worst doctors in Tunbridge wells! i registered with pharmacy 2u and they contacted the surgery about what i needed and the doctors said 2 of them have been done but pharmacy 2u said none have been comfirmed. its not the first time i have had issues over what i needed im going to a much better surgery!

I've booked 3 telephone appointments with doctor this week, still waiting for a call! Really hard to get through in the first place, phone never answered just cuts off.

Recently moved to TW and must say I'm delighted with my new doctor's surgery at Abbey Court The receptionists are polite, friendly and approachable. I would recommend this surgery.

I rarely review but had to as I saw one star and thought that was really not fair. They are good doctors, the same as any I’ve ever used
