    I really enjoyed Margaritaā€™s pregnancy yoga classes! It was always such a relaxed environment and something I looked forward to each week. Would highly recommend! I enjoyed it so much that I am planning to join her baby and me sessions.

    Simply the BEST! I don't know where to begin. I came across Margarita's antenatal yoga classes when I was pregnant and I can honestly say it was the best investment I made during my pregnancy. Margarita has an extensive knowledge of yoga and extremely warm personality which made me welcome to the classes every week, even on the weeks when I wasn't feeling great. Margarita would always taylor the exercises to my abilities, which allowed me to practice yoga right until I gave birth. Now, three months post my C-section, I have returned to post natal classes together with my baby girl. It's great to be back and continue my yoga journey with Margarita. If you are looking at booking one of Margarita's blocks of classes, don't think twice. I promise you won't regret it. Namaste šŸ™āœØ

    Really great way to make friends early on rather than waiting for ante-natal classes. It has been so nice to carve out time and reconnect with myself and my baby at this class. I still use some of the tips for visualisation and the breathing techniques when practising for birth. I will come back with baby and will send husband for Dad and Baby yoga too. Thank you Margarita!

    If youā€™re a new Mum, I would highly recommend Margaritaā€™s yoga sessions. The classes are great fun and provide lovely bonding time for you and your baby. Margarita and the wider group also provide a priceless support network.

    I've done two sets of baby yoga classes and they are brilliant! The class is fun and well structured focusing on both mum and baby. Margarita is incredibly personable and makes you feel at ease whatever your yoga level and whether your baby cries, needs feeding etc. It's a great, positive class for bonding with your baby and meeting other mums at the same stage. Would highly recommend.

    My son and I had such a lovely time on this course. I really liked that a group chat was set up, and its been useful for arranging meet ups with the other mums. Iā€™ve met some lovely people, and I appreciated the ā€˜socialiseā€™ part of each class where we were encouraged to talk to someone new. As someone whoā€™d never done yoga before, it was really enjoyable and the perfect level of challenge for a new mum. I loved the baby yoga part of the class and still sing the songs to my baby outside of the class. This was so much more than just a yoga class and Iā€™m really glad I signed up. Thank you!!

    I have been attending Margaritaā€™s classes for over a year, while I was pregnant and after the birth of my son. Prenatal yoga was an amazing opportunity to connect with other future mums, relax and keep active during my pregnancy. After a difficult delivery I found it very hard to get out of the house but Margaritaā€™s classes were absolutely amazing! Yes, it was harder with a baby but at every class there was something for both me and my son to enjoy. I loved how my baby changed during the course and could do more and more each week. It really helped me boost my confidence as a new mum. Most babies went to sleep right after the session - an added bonus!

    I have participated in several blocks of pregnancy yoga sessions with Margarita and cannot recommend them highly enough! She has created such a safe, supportive and enjoyable space for moms-to-be, taking the time to check in with us, leading us through gentle poses, and explaining adaptations that you can make depending on which trimester you're in or any specific issues you may be facing. Margarita is warm, caring, and that really shines through in the way she leads her classes and engages with her mums-to-be. She also ensures that her classes are a social space for moms to meet other moms-to-be, and I've really enjoyed getting to know the other participants and going out for meals together. Thank you, Margarita, for being part of this journey with us. I can't wait to come back for the mum and baby sessions!

    Margaritaā€™s classes are excellent for new mums - particularly compared to the other baby classes in the area. She creates an environment for mums to share how their week is going, sets up a group so you can chat to other mums in your class, gets you to talk to people in the group you donā€™t know already in a really relaxed setting. And then on top of that, creates classes with great content, from stretches that will help a breastfeeding mum (I was so stiff and it gets you moving gently) as well as techniques for your baby that you can do at home together. To top it all off, she took a few lovely photos of me with my baby - and what new mum has many of those?!! Hahaha - definitely give it a go!

    Iā€™ve thoroughly enjoyed the pregnancy yoga mini course run by Margarita. She has a lovely warm and calming energy which resonates through to the group. Itā€™s been great to connect with my baby, do some gentle exercise and meet other local expectant mums. Would highly recommend x

    Margarita is such a lovely yoga instructor. Her calm but super friendly style means her classes are fun but also a space to switch off and relax.     Absolutely loved my yoga classes with Margarita. I started prenatal class in my 3rd trimester, it helped with my lower back pain, my breathing and posture. I also took 2 terms of mum & baby yoga and we both loved it. Very good stretches for mum and baby, baby reflexology, massage, the variety was great and Margarita always switched things up to keep babies entertained. She has such a positive, fun attitude that is to be admired. Would highly recommend to all mums-to-be, mums and babies!

    Margarita is an amazing teacher, very knowledgable, kind and caring! She is always flexible in helping you make classes whether thatā€™s in person or online as life is always busy! Her classes are well structured and very relaxing! You feel like youā€™re walking on a cloud when you leave! I would highly recommended to anyone who is pregnant to start as soon as you can!     I have been taking yoga lessons with Margarita for over a year now, twice a week. I have always found the classes to be incredibly uplifting, motivating and most importantly effective. I love that I can join the classes from the comfort of my home (online) or have the option to attend in person. The classes provide gentle movement sequences, breath work, supported silent meditation, and guided relaxation which are great for feeling and looking your best, specially if you are seating behind a screen all day. Margarita is a very warm, positive and firm instructor. I always end up feeling invigorated and relaxed after the sessions and it has made a positive change in my weekly work-out routine.

    Mum and baby yoga with Margarita is much more than a baby class, itā€™s a safe space to share your experiences of early motherhood with other new mums, form an incredible bond with your baby through different baby yoga techniques that you can use at home and move your body in a way that releases so much tension. Margarita is so kind and welcoming and is an expert at her craft. I enjoyed the experience so much and my baby was always so relaxed during the class. Highly recommend this for new mums in the area!

    We started Margaritaā€™s mum and baby yoga when George was 4 months old but I wish weā€™d done it sooner. We were new to the area and through these classes made a lovely group of friends who we continue to see. The sessions are a great balance of yoga for you and lovely things to do with your baby like reflexology and baby massage. We managed three courses before George started crawling. I wouldnā€™t hesitate to recommend Margaritaā€™s classes to new mums and will definitely be back if we have a second!

    We started postnatal yoga at 5 weeks old and have completed 3 blocks of classes! It has been an amazing class for us both. The yoga for mum and baby is lovely but more importantly it is such a relaxed, calm atmosphere. As a first time mum there was no stress around feeding / changing / comforting baby during class as Margarita makes you feel at ease about this straight away. I would highly recommend this class!!

    I have attended 4 terms of Margarita's Mum and Baby Yoga course and it is absolutely fantastic - it is our favourite class! Margarita is so warm and welcoming which instantly puts you at ease. She has wonderful energy, is always upbeat and this in turns creates a really friendly and lovely environment. The class is a nice mix of yoga for Mums and for the babies, which i really like and my little one loves it! I would highly recommend!

    Margarita offers a very welcoming and positive experience for anyone looking to try yoga in their pregnancy. The classes have been a great way of practising breathing techniques with stretches adapted for different stages of pregnancy. Iā€™ve just booked onto my third course of prenatal yoga classes with Margarita and highly recommend!

    I attended Margaritaā€™s Pre-Natal yoga classes during my second trimester and absolutely loved the sessions. After my daughter was born we joined he special Mum and Baby yoga classes until she started crawling at 8 months. It was a lovely class to be a part of and it was really nice meeting and speaking to other new mums. Margarita is a fantastic teacher and I will always recommend her classes!!

    Margarita was very welcoming and made the classes fun with songs and toys. You can sit out activities if you need to feed/change your baby. I found the activities great to take away and try at home. I did two sets of 6 sessions and by the end felt Iā€™d done enough but enjoyed the 12 sessions I did attend. Not suitable for babies who have started crawling so get in there when theyā€™re about 8-12 weeks until crawling. Parking was always available when i went. Would recommend.
