    I completed the birth refresher course with Brigid and can’t recommend it enough. I had been told my baby was measuring big and had been recommended induction but completing this course allowed me to move from a place of fear to empowerment and to have the birth I wanted. I ended up having the most incredible birth at a stand alone birth centre (rather than the hospital). I remembered the advice and skills from the course, breathing through contractions allowed me to actually enjoy the sensation of birth without the need for pain relief or any interventions. I felt like my baby and I were working together and I visualised this, knowing that with every surge I was closer to meeting her. I can’t thank Brigid enough - she was extremely knowledgeable and her course was empowering, thank you! Jodie (& Ben) xxx

It’s the perfect top-up to the 200 hour yoga teacher training, and has given me the confidence and knowledge to work with women during these wonderful moments in their lives. This is also a wonderful course for any woman who wants to understand their pregnancy and postnatal options more deeply, to allow a real sense of self-empowerment. Brigid is a true leader in this field and I can’t wait to get started - thoroughly inspiring!

    I have been attending Brigid’s prenatal class since 14 weeks of pregnancy. She is very knowledgeable and brings lots of reassurance especially this being my first pregnancy. The classes are adapted to your needs and pains (joy of pregnancy) and incorporate teaching as well as relaxing moments. Brigid is very attentive to everyone in the group and provides helpful guidance. Couldn’t recommend enough and cannot wait to start her postnatal classes with baby once he is there.

    Bridget is just wonderful. I did her pregnancy classes at Flow from around 22 weeks with severe pelvic girdle pain and then low iron, Carpel Tunnel. I kept going back because it was a relief to be there. It provided me with that hour of calmness and helped so much with everything i was going through, no matter how exhausted i was. I believe it impacted my birth for the better. I always left classes feeling alive and rejuvenated. It was such a treat for me and baby. Bridget has a gift of bringing the class together and has the best knowledge. She is a extremely approachable and we ended up doing a private refresher couples class with her. I am now going to be enjoying some postpartum yoga with my baby in her classes.

    My baby and I really enjoyed Brigid’s baby yoga classes. She was very welcoming and it is a relaxing environment. It’s so helpful to be able to do a bit of gentle postpartum exercise but to have my baby with me too and not be worried about him needing to feed or need changing. He loved it and would sleep so well after the classes. A lovely bonding time for me and him too. Would definitely recommend 🌟

    Bridgid is so knowledgeable and you feel safe with her, especially when feeling vulnerable in those first few months of motherhood. The classes are always different, fun and I can feel my body has worked. My baby loved it too. Highly recommend. Thanks Bridgid 💋

    Brigid's baby yoga classes have been a godsend! I've done the classes at Bubba & Me and at Kingdom and they are always a huge highlight of my week. Brigid has such a calm and reassuring presence and I always leave class feeling so much better. Her classes came highly recommended to me, and I wholeheartedly recommend them to others. Great for baby bonding, meeting other mothers, and getting in some movement!

    Brigid is a legend and the best yoga instructor I have ever had! I attended both her prenatal and postnatal yoga classes and the calming, relaxing environment she creates along with emotional support and practical advice are invaluable. I would highly recommend booking her classes!

    Brigid’s pre and post natal yoga classes were a huge part of my pregnancy and early motherhood experience - her classes are welcoming and energising, and really helped me prepare for and recover from birth, both physically and emotionally. I also met a lovely group of friends at her classes. Brigid is knowledgeable and kind, and I would recommend her to anyone!

    My son and I have been doing the postnatal yoga with Brigid and we love it. I get to feel like I’ve actually done something productive and he always loves the classes and is shattered afterwards which is a bonus. Brigid is really supportive and knowledgeable and the classes are just really relaxed, which is great. Highly recommend!

    My journey with Brigid throughout my pregnancy was just really beautiful and relaxing throughout, the knowledge Brigid has re birth is extremely educational and positive. The classes are so much more then yoga, feeling more empowered around the subject of birth, and the lovely community that is brought together is very supportive. The relaxation part at the end and the visualization guidance was definitely my favourite part, and always left me feeling so connected to my baby and floating out the class feeling relaxed. Thank you Brigid, wish I could carry on with pregnancy yoga even once I’ve had my baby! 😂

    My husband and I attended Brigid's birth refresher course as we're expecting our second baby and it was just what we needed! I had been quite anxious after a not such positive first experience during the pandemic. Brigid is so knowledgeable, compassionate but also real. She ensures she covers everything that's important to the couples in the session and we all left feeling more prepared and ready to practice our hypnobirthing techniques. Can't recommend Brigid enough!

    My experience of Brigid's classes have been fully positive and fulfilling. Her prenatal yoga classes during my first pregnancy, bringing me knowledge, strength, calm and confidence through labour, particularly in the moments during lockdown when I had to go through the early stages alone in the birthing centre, I had my toolbox of positions, movements, breathing and affirmations to rely on. Lockdown postnatal zoom classes were a safe-haven and supportive community at a stressful time. Since moving away from TW, I have been unable to return for yoga during my current second pregnancy, but booked onto the Couple's Refresher Birth course to get our heads back into the world of hypnobirthing. My husband and I came away feeling so much more prepared and positive, filled to the brim with knowledge that perhaps exceeded what we knew first time round, and are now in the position where we feel confident that a home birth could definitely be a viable and achievable option, knowing we can create the calming, oxytocin filled environment that we would like with the techniques we will be practicing as a result of the workshop. Thank you Brigid!

    I have absolutely loved Brigid's yoga classes - I have done pregnancy yoga at Flow for both my babies (incredibly relaxing yet still always felt like I had had a good stretch and gave my body some much needed movement) and most recently I have been to 3 terms of postnatal yoga at Kingdom with by second baby. The setting at Kingdom is fantastic and the sessions included the perfect balance of Mummy stuff and engaging with the babies. It was the highlight of my week! Brigid is a brilliant teacher, very supportive and her classes are very friendly and relaxed - I would recommend highly.

    Brigid is just brilliant. Very approachable and down to earth. I did pregnancy yoga and baby yoga with her. She is great at finding the right balance of attention for mum and baby and also creates a fun space to nurture and enjoy your connection with your baby (pre and post birth!)

    Loved Brigid’s post natal mummy baby yoga. Just the right focus on mums and babies with some baby massage thrown in, too. Highly recommend to do yourself some good.

    I've loved Brigid's baby massage and baby yoga courses. Great mix of postpartum education, space to share experiences with other parents and a vital slow introduction back to movement. Highly recommend.

    I recently completed a baby massage course with Brigid and she was fab! Incredibly knowledgeable about massage, yoga and mindfulness and a great instructor. The class was calm and relaxing, and she made me feel at ease, which isn’t always easy when you are a new mum with an unpredictable baby! I’d highly recommend Brigid and any of her classes.

    I have done yoga most of my adult life so after having my baby I was looking for somewhere that would focus not solely on the social and baby element but also on rehabilitating the mother’s body. A friend who had her baby just before I did, recommended I’d go to kingdom for postnatal yoga as the classes there were “amazing”. She was right, the post natal classes have been an amazing way to connect with my baby as well as moving my body in a safe and enjoyable way. I wish I’d found Brigid sooner! We both look forward to our yoga classes every week.

    I began attending Brigid's Pregnancy Yoga with my first baby in 2018, and carried on with the Mum and Baby Yoga for six months after my little boy arrived. I looked forward to the classes every week - and as soon as I found out I was pregnant with baby no.2 signed up to Brigid's classes again! Not only is Brigid an expert in her field and leads brilliant, thought out classes, I also made really good friends through the group.

    Brigid is the best yoga teacher around - her pregnancy yoga classes have prepared me brilliantly for two births. Her postnatal classes are equally great at helping with recovery, while you bond with your baby. Highly recommend.
