I currently exercise at the gym, and attend Pilates and spinning classes. The staff are very helpful and friendly, and have taught me numerous workouts to help correct my posture and strengthen my shoulders (I have mobile joints which I consider a risk). If you attend and get a membership, you'll receive monthly expert advice about gym workouts to achieve what you want. I can't recommend this enough, as I learnt how to use the resistance training equipment, which is knowledge that I can apply to another gym if I ever move. Consider joining if you are starting out, as the staff will help you learn. And, if you stick at it, you will see results. Personally, I have been attending since the beginning of October (2019), and feel improvement in both my mental and physical health. So overall; highly recommended.

Really friendly helpful staff they are always there to help when you need advice. never get any trouble in the gym itself everyone seems to respect one another and the gym is always kept nice and tidy

Great value, great vibe, monthly fee gets you unlimited visits and classes (need to reserve place in advance), one-to-one PT sessions available (at additional cost) with a number of different trainers who have different specialisms, thoroughly recommend.

Classes are great. Combat cardio, Hiit and pilates are my favourites!

A nice little gym with all the equipment I need but annoying music. Too loud and for some reason they seem to think everyone enjoys the same lame 'club music' over and over again.

Equipment is clean and maintained to a high standard. Staff are super friendly and will always help if asked.

Looking it's age now. With the colour of the walls combined with the lighting, it makes it a nightmare for badminton! I haven't tried any other facilities inside the centre - hopefully they're better.
