    Alison is truly inspirational, a great personal trainer and injects fun into her workouts ! As part of her online 'Fit in 20 Fitness Hub,' I feel that Alison has created a super group of like-minded individuals who want to feel stronger, fitter and happy in their own skin. She challenges us - yet encourages us to work at our own pace - and I can't recommend a better start to the day!

    Working out can be hard ; getting motivated is even harder; however, finding someone who can somehow make you feel enthusiastic about working out is probably the hardest of all. So discovering a trainer who motivates, energises and encourages you is quite simple amazing! Alison has a fantastic business platform which makes you want to train hard and achieve your goals. Fitnabel. TV is the answer to all those excuses of not working out. It is convenient as you choose when you want to train but it also allows you to decide the type of workout you want to follow whether it is Hiit, yoga or Pilates, the nutritional side helps you stay on track and having Alisons encouragement means you just want to better yourself mentally and physically. I highly recommend you give it a go as you won't be disappointed.

    I joined Alison's boot camp in January. It's great fun, she works you hard but every session is different which I love and it beats being in a gym! There are so many different abilities I didn't feel I wasn't fit enough to join. Everyone makes you feel welcome too. You can take it at your own pace and step it up when you feel stronger and fitter. Highly recommend.

    Loved Alison's workouts. They work you hard but just for 20 minutes per day. A lot of fun. Alison is really personable and makes joining in (even on your own during lockdown) very easy. Thoroughly recommended

    I started the Fit in 20 several weeks ago during lockdown and it’s definitely motivated me. I was going for long walks before but this has certainly stepped up my fitness levels and toning my body. It’s great fun and so easy to fit into any busy lifestyle...just over 20 minutes and you are done. Alison is so friendly and positive and it’s great being in the group as we all motivate each other. Go on...give it a go!

    Alison herself is highly motivating and knowledgeable and always there to answer any question you may have. Her classes are just right for all abilities, enabling you to adapt to suit you. You can workout when you want and socialise in with the group too, which is full of lovely people who have similar aims and are very welcoming. I have noticed improvements in my fitness and body after just a short time. Would highly recommend Alison and her classes too!!

    Have been doing Alison's Fit in 20 workouts for a couple of months. Working out is keeping me sane during lockdown and I am enjoying exercising again. Alison's workouts are always different and she is encouraging and motivating. Can't recommend her enough. Emma.

    I have never really exercised before. A friend recommended Alison to me and I have to say it’s the best recommendation ever. I exercise 5 days a week. Alison shows you a alternative to the “harder” option so I feel like I am working. Highly recommend. Alison also helps with injuries and diet (if you want her to). She is not pushy but you want to exercise with her.

    Alison is fantastic! She makes you feel good whatever level of fitness you start at. Great motivator, giving you a push without being too hard so you keep going back for more! Alison makes the classes fun and always makes you laugh. Sign up with Alison and you won’t regret it.

    I have been training with Alison for about 5 years now, and I genuinely look forward to her sessions each week. She is professional, so motivating and knows how to push me! I have recommended her to several friends who all adore her too. Alison has also become a family friend and we are lucky to have her in our life x

    Alison always manages to make her classes fun and motivating with just the right amount of challenge. My fitness and strength has definitely improved since attending Alison’s sessions and I really look forward to the class. Give it a go, you won’t regret it.

    Alison is a top class personal trainer who has totally transformed by attitude to exercise. Her classes are hard work but so much fun. I feel strong and have never looked and felt so good. I cannot recommend her highly enough

    Alison has been the most amazing trainer for the past 10 months and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to get back into exercise or looking to progress their fitness further. I’ve attended her weekly FitBox classes on a Monday and then more recently took part in the September Challenge at SixForty, which has been a game changer for me. Alison has kept me highly motivated throughout, focused on my fitness goals as well as helping me stay accountable with my health and nutrition, with experienced advice and support.     I absolutely LOVE Alison’s Monday morning class it gets me going for the week, she works us hard and understands the whole groups capabilities and adjusts accordingly. The pay per term is great as I know I have paid upfront so will actually go to the class! If you’re thinking of joining just do it! Thanks for keeping me sane Alison 😘
