    I contacted Luke as I was very impressed with his knowledge of Anatomy and Physiology and (body) biomechanics; these were really important areas for me. I feel Luke has an ongoing active passion for understanding his clients current, past health. This has shone through during the time he has been my Personal Trainer. Luke understood my health at the time of starting training sessions and he has consistently kept up to date with my ever improving health. When I started sessions with Luke I had fear of becoming ill again and he has instilled an ever growing confidence. To begin with I had one session a week with Luke and due to his support I am now in the gym 2 - 3 times per week plus a PT session with him. I would 100% recommend Luke for your fitness journey!

    I highly recommend Luke. He has such a personalised style of training and genuinely really cares. His understanding of training and the body make him excel in his work. I have only trained with Luke for a short time, around half a year, however he has made a huge impact on my life. He has not only helped me physically but also is a great mental health advocate and has continuously helped me throughout our training period. He has helped me set up a great training plan for the future even without his sessions now as I’ve had some life changes that mean I can’t train with him anymore. I will miss our sessions as we always have such a giggle while training hard. All the best.

    Where do I even begin? Luke has changed my life. After years of yo-yo dieting and cardio only workouts I felt completely hopeless before my wedding and then I found Luke. Luke has transformed my body but also my mind. I am stronger, leaner, down 8kg and a dress size in 3 months and am healthier than ever - lifting heavier weights and running faster than ever before. Luke is a huge fountain of knowledge on nutrition, exercise and the psychology behind training and he has endless warmth, kindness and patience for his clients - being available anytime for a check in on WhatsApp to let him know how things are going/ ask him any questions. This journey started as a short term pre wedding goal and now I want to work with Luke for years to come to keep learning and becoming healthier every day. I cannot recommend him enough.

    Luke is one of the most passionate coaches I have ever come across. His knowledge and applicable skills are brilliant. I have always been able to rely on him to deliver my goals and I would urge anyone looking for a coach, from complete beginners to sporting athletes, get in contact with Luke, because you won’t regret it.     Luke has been a great find for me, I needed a specific programme to protect and strengthen a knee after surgery. Since training with Luke the knee feels as strong as it has been for a long time. Not just for the hour you are with him but Luke is always available to recommend other activities to do in between sessions and advise on nutrition as well. Would highly recommend to anyone, he definitely knows his stuff.

    Luke is truly passionate about what he does and it shows in the results that he gets for his clients. Having trained me for a photoshoot, and also on a more regular basis, I can honestly say that Luke takes time to understand each client’s individual needs and adapt his plans accordingly. This extends outside of just fitness goals to general and mental health and well-being to ensure that the results he delivers are not just excellent, but also sustainable. 100% would recommend Luke to anyone looking to improve their physique.

    So glad I took a punt on Luke. You can believe the rave reviews. This was my first PT experience. From our first meeting his manner put me at ease. By the first session he'd proved his expertise and ability to adapt to his clients' needs. I'd happily recommend Luke to anyone, whatever their motivation for training/addressing their body composition. As an elite athlete facing peri-menopause fun, I may not be straightforward to train. Luke has understood these complexities and been an ally and mentor helping me focus on my goals. He's made lifting/pushing heavy sh!t more fun that I could have imagined. I've struck gold! Let's go!

    It’s difficult to explain how much of an impact Luke has had on my life he has so much knowledge, time and patience for people. I didn’t expect to transform both physically and mentally through going to a PT but here we are, I’m constantly learning and striving to improve myself physically and mentally. I trust Luke completely to help me in reaching any goal I set myself. Truly could not recommend him enough to anyone looking for an external glow up but don’t be surprised when you mentally transform too! YOU'RE THE BEST!

    I have been attending Luke's circuits now for a number of months and have been thrilled with the results i have seen already. exercise has never been something that i have found enjoyable and easy to do,but since i have started training with Luke i have noticed a massive change in my attitude. Luke's combination of knowledge and enthusiasm allow him to produce the best sessions that are very enjoyable but also leave you feeling like you have worked incredibly hard. I cannot wait to get back in for my next session and continue my change to a healthier lifestyle, the support and flexibility Luke offers is priceless and i cannot recommend him highly enough. The prices of Luke's sessions really don't do the service he offers justice, i am so glad i found him.

    Luke is the most professional and in depth PT i've had. Over the years i've tried several PT's with varying degrees of success, but I started with Luke to improve my knee pre operation, and the level of detail and information that Luke did just for background work was impressive. Thanks to his guidance, I stopped limping even pre operation, and the doctors even commented on how good my condition was leading into the operation. Luke is now changing my plan for strengthening post operation whilst also improving my physique, and two weeks in the results are already way beyond expectations. If you are looking for a personal trainer, there is no better option - he will get you to where you want to be and even further those aims, plus he will build your knowledge and understanding of what you are trying to achieve, rather than giving you out of the box regimes that many PT's will try to assign to you. Incredibly professional;, knowledgeable and thorough - you won't regret signing up

    I started using the education hub in September 2022. The platform is amazing and so informative. The use of recordings and pictures with clear explanations has given me excellent value for money. The fact I can re-watch it as often as I like and learn at my own pace is perfect for me. Highly recommend checking this out.

    I started to look for a coach at the beginning of this year. I wanted to get in the best shape of my life before I turn 35 years old and to do a photoshoot. I never did much weight training before and most of my life I did cardio only. Luke is very knowledgeable in anatomy and biomechanics and that's what attracted me to choose him. I wanted to get fit, but I also wanted to learn as much as possible while getting fit and Luke is amazing 2 in 1! As a PT myself, I came across to many different clients with so many issues that having a coach with much more experience than me was exactly what I needed. I learn something new in every session we do together which I found of incredible value. The last 16 weeks were the most educational, emotional, challenging but absolutely incredible weeks of my life! I made the best decision by choosing Luke as my coach to guide me through my photoshoot prep. I felt very comfortable talking to him about anything and everything. As a woman I thought some things would be uncomfortable to talk to him about, but he made me feel at ease and always had answers to help me. He was on the other end of the phone when I had a question and always made time for me. There were ups and downs and he always encouraged me to keep going. Some days you just need that guardian angel to tell you that you can do it because you are not a quitter! We are a great team and what we achieved together is amazing and I cannot explain how grateful I am for having him by my side. On the photoshoot day he had all the cues to show off my physique in the best possible way and lighting. He made me laugh when I didn't know what to do with myself and guided me to look my absolute best on the day. Well, the dieting phase is over and next is the building phase and I am very excited to see what we can achieve next! LFG!!!

    Not my first time using a personal trainer but it’s the first time it’s making a difference! I feel like luke has changed my life. With his never ending knowledge I’m learning so much through him. Even ladies things which can have an effect on weigh loss and training. He talks through everything so you can feel in control. Luke is so easy to get on with, so even being a sweaty mess and talking about personal things, I feel most comfortable with him. I used to be embarrassed at the lack of knowledge I had for weight training and how weak I was but I’m amazed at house quickly that’s changed! Luke is motivating, encouraging and will be strong for me when I’m craving a sweet treat. I have every confidence in the gym now and happy to go in and do my workout set out by Luke, also know he is always at the end of the phone for guidance and support when I am struggling is incredible. Thanks to Luke I am in full control of my life and I’m becoming so healthy and strong and being able to see amazing results in a short time. I started only wanting to gain the knowledge for a couple months to then go on to train myself and now I love my weekly sessions which I know I’ll be continuing for years to come. So many goals to hit and have the best person by the side of me to achieve them.

    I knew from the moment I qualified as a personal trainer that I needed to enhance my knowledge. Every personal trainer is eventually going to get a client that has a problem that they need to overcome & believe it or not the answer is not always let’s just move onto the next exercise. I was referred to Luke by someone I trust & he mentioned his mentoring scheme may be able to help. The biggest compliment I can give Luke is that he showed patients. For those who have just qualified & are nervous about getting a mentor as it may expose gaps in their knowledge I encourage you to think again. I started with very basic knowledge in certain areas and now a year on we can really explore & have a in depth two way conversation. A year ago I would not believe I would have the knowledge I have now & that is thanks to Luke. I consider Luke a friend as well as a mentor & a coach. Just remember for anyone who is apprehensive about seeking a mentor: It’s not about where you are now, it’s about where you can be in a year’s time.

    I came to Luke with hardly any love for training anymore and was doubting to progress my career in personal training. 12 months on and not only have I progressed more than ever in terms of my physique. But Luke has given me the passion for training back and with his guidance through coaching and mentoring I realised I want to progress my career in PT and am now in a very successful place with clients. As a coach Luke is someone I look up to, not only for his biceps(lol) but for his knowledge and success in progressing his business as I aspire to be within his position one day.

    Luke is a different breed of trainer - he really cares about his clients and has genuinely changed my life. He has a real hunger for self development, and his understanding of training, mechanics and psychology make him brilliant to work with. We have worked together for 5 years, it’s been a lot of fun. When we started I’d fallen out of love with training and was out of shape. I’m now 35 years old, almost 20kg lighter, lifting heavier than I ever have, and have the tools to maintain things for the long term. Thank you!

    I have been training with Luke twice a week for a year now and I can say my journey has been life changing. Coming to Luke with a lower back injury, being overweight and lacking in confidence I felt extremely nervous stepping into a gym and undertaking any type of exercise. Luke has helped me strengthen my back, lose weight and I have so much confidence in myself now it's unbelievable. Not only these things but I have also learnt more about nutrition, the human body and lifestyle management which have helped me greatly in my training and still does today. Luke is a fantastic personal trainer with a wealth of experience and knowledge. He is attentive, focussed and truly passionate about his training and his dedication to his clients is outstanding.
