    I've been working out with Carole for over a year now and thoroughly enjoy our sessions. We do a mix of strength and cardio which has greatly improved my fitness level. I love the boxing! Carole really knows her business and manages to ensure there is lots of variety which helps keep me motivated. Carole brings a great attitude to fitness and keeps it fun!

    I came to personal training with a variety of medical issues that needed careful management and years of horrible school PE lessons to overcome. Carole is amazing. She has factored in my needs and makes sure I am always well supported but still making progress. In just a short amount of time Carole has helped me achieve things I would never have thought possible and most amazingly actually enjoying movement. I see Carole, work hard and feel good. Highly recommended.

    We've been using Carole as a PT for over a year now and really love working with her. She's a very thoughtful, proactive trainer who works hard to give the best to her clients. I share my class with my husband who has different training needs to me but she's able to adapt the class to both of us. She understands women's bodies and knows how to push both us without it feeling like a beasting! I have a new love of boxing and also enjoy Carole's group sessions too. We're fitter and stronger from our sessions and always look forward to them. I couldn't recommend Carole highly enough.

    I have been seeing Ellie for PT sessions in my local park for nearly a year and I can honestly say it is the highlight of my week! I have grown so much confidence and feel much stronger. Ellie is very encouraging and always pitches the sessions at the right level. She is a very good listener too. I enjoy it so much I’ve recently joined Carole’s boxing class on a Tuesday evening which is a great blend of circuit training and boxing with a partner. If you are thinking of trying a class I would encourage you to book as you will not regret it.

    I've been attending Carole's exercise classes for the last three years. They are so good that I think I've only missed a couple. Not only is it exercise, it is always fun. Good for the body and good for the brain, so all-round therapy. I started the boxing and strength classes last year and am finding them equally enjoyable.

    I’ve had back problems for few years now, I have always trained but my back pain was preventing me from fully enjoying exercising and I was in a lot of pain.... I contacted Carole and I got few PT sessions with her. From day one her knowledge helped me getting my back strength back and that also helped me staying back pain free. Carole's training plan was carefully tailored to my requirements. I loved every single session with her! It was disciplined but fun at this same time. I've learned what techniques to use while exercising my back. Carole was very helpful to me and now I feel like I can enjoy pain free training again. I highly recommend PT with Carole! Loved every moment of it! Thank you! X

    Recently started the boxing class with Carole. I'm thoroughly enjoying the classes and it's an excellent way to keep fit, focus on the boxing combinations and certainly gives you a whopping endorphin rush by the end of the class!

    Absolutely loved my PT sessions with Carole. She was super knowledgeable and adapted any exercise to my needs, was very encouraging and made the sessions really good fun! I also really enjoyed training outdoors and would highly recommend Carole if you want to find a way of moving that is fun, energising and improving your fitness and strength. Thank you!!

    Carole and Ellie’s classes are a real revelation. They are friendly and inclusive without losing any of the results. I’ve tried each of their classes and they’re all high quality and great fun. I’d especially recommend the outdoor 30 minute interval sessions. These give a fantastic workout for such a good price. The fresh air and friendly environment make them a joy to take part in.

    Carole's classes are easy to commit to because you have so much fun during and feel amazing after! I hate it if I have to miss one and and they are one of my top priorities each week. The boxing classes are brilliant. They build strength, work every bit of your body and Carole puts together easy to follow routines that challenge the mind and body. Her strength sessions are great and she will also make sure your form is spot on. Super friendly people, a warm welcome, everybody celebrated for their individual progress and journey and absolutely banging music. You will never regret coming to one of these classes......they are addictive. Love love love. Thank you for helping us all to truly enjoy movement.
