    Steve is a gifted trainer who adjusts style and intensity based on the age and fitness level of the individual as well as raising or lowering the bar depending on whether you are having a good or bad day. I’ve been training with him for around a year and I have definitely seen a dramatic change in fitness and energy levels and I would certainly recommend him. He’s also a good laugh which makes a real difference.

    Absolutely love training with Steve. He is very knowledgeable and even after many years of training I have learnt new techniques, and moves that really give the body a good workout. Come rain or shine he’s there, motivational and a total inspiration. He regularly posts new content relevant to health and fitness and the private group is a super support. Highly recommended 🙌

    I have been teaching and practising various forms of exercise for almost 20 years now and it is fair to say I had got into a bit of a rut and my fitness had plateaued. I had two specific goals; to tone up a bit for a special event and to increase my confidence with inversions. I can honestly say that I have enjoyed our training sessions so much that having got into a routine I have decided to continue with our sessions - the event has now come and gone! My confidence is gradually increasing - Steve is motivating and encouraging in equal measure and I am literally going from strength to strength!

    I was first a bit anxious as Steve is very physically fit. I came to Steve with shin splints but we worked on this and they quickly went away. But when I met him I felt he has a calming personality I find my workouts tuff but also fun and challenging Training with Steve has built up my self confidence as well as my physical fitness. He will push you a little harder each workout. I have achieved a lot with Steve doing physical demanding workouts involving many exercises at once. I am a lot more flexible and and can do forward and reverse lunges easily. I really enjoy the hiit elements of our workouts too. I highly recommend him.

    Steve has been training me for the last several years, as well as my daughter, her partner and my grandson. We are all impressed with the way he has understood our individual needs, even including mine - at the age of 89, and tailored our programmes to meet them. He is an inspirational teacher and I would recommend him to anyone, whatever their age.

    I said to Steve if I write a recommendation can he stop making me do burpees so he agreed, so here goes: Honestly you can tell as soon as you meet Steve he’s passionate and devoted, he has spent most of his life helping people to achieve their fitness goals. He’s extremely knowledgeable but it's not always about the outside, Steve talks about your inside and how to look after your body. He’s great with techniques and if you have a disability he can structure a program to help you. Top guy caring and knowledgeable 👏. Phew no burpees 😂. Lisa Holley Palmer - Author and entrepreneur.

    Steve is brilliant to work with! His session are tough, they defiantly challenges you, but he motivates you throughout the sessions which makes it easier and really enjoyable.

    Steve is a fantastic coach and I really enjoy my time in the gym with him. Just great fun and doesn't feel like work at all. I love gymnastics and body weight movements and Steve has a fantastic understanding of these like the subtle movements need to find your balance point in a handstand push up. Would really recommend.

    I first worked with Steve a couple years ago when I started exploring body weight training. As you’d expect he knows his stuff, but more importantly for me he knows how to train ‘age appropriately’. Steve still pushes you hard to get results but he’s also mindful of creaking joints and reduced mobility for those of us not in our 20’s anymore! Unfortunately I had to move away from the area and with a change of employment too, my regular training regime was lost. Thanks to the lockdown though, I managed to get the routine going again and despite a couple of months of decent progress I needed some extra help. Steve was my first port of call, and after just a few messages he immediately knew what was needed and within a couple of days a complete strength-based digital training plan appeared in my inbox. Using just minimal home gym equipment and following along with Steve’s homemade video guides (who doesn’t love a good pair of leggings!), I already feel like I’m back on track - the soreness from a good workout is definitely back already! Steve’s always fun to work with, he keeps things simple, and despite the current lockdown challenges he’s still able to pull together great digital training plans. I would definitely recommend Steve.
