    I love Hannahā€™s classes at Hapifitness. The pilates and yoga have helped me develop flexibility and strength, going from someone who hardly exercised to being able to do lots of the movements, the sense of progress with Hannah is amazing. Hannah always tailors her group classes to suit every individual, there is lots of space always to move and you feel calm as soon as you enter the room. Hannah is great at reminding me to attend classes and helping me achieve my fitness goals. She has been so adaptive during the pandemic and I would really say her yoga is the best in Tunbridge Wells, especially if you want to keep fit as well as relax and meditate!

    I normally go to the pilates class and it is amazing! It works out your whole body,not to mention that Hannah is a thoughtful and encouraging instructor! The classes are affordable and the timetable suitable for most people who work during the week. Would definitively recommend, especially for those aiming to increase strength and mobility

    Really glad to have found Hannah. Her classes are friendly, welcoming, just the right speed(!) and my back pain is reaping the benefits. Highly recommended. ā¤ļø

    Google wonā€™t let me post another review so Iā€™m editing my post from 2 years ago to say that 2 years on from when I started classes with Hannah Iā€™m still loving them so much! My yoga classes are the best part of my week even (or especially) during lockdown. Iā€™m not a naturally fit or flexible person, but Hannahā€™s helped me so much and Iā€™ve been able to achieve things that 2 years ago I wouldnā€™t have thought my body was capable of! I couldnā€™t reccomend Hapi fitness enough šŸ˜Š I absolutely love my yoga classes! The classes are suitable for all levels and make you feel comfortable pushing yourself only as far as you can go- Iā€™ve done three now and can already feel a huge difference in my flexibility. Iā€™ve never enjoyed exercising before but I really look forward to my Thursday classes and find myself a bit disappointed when the hour is over! I would highly recommend šŸ˜Š

    Hannah is friendly, welcoming and a great teacher. She demonstrates different levels of difficulty for each exercise and lets you decide what you can manage. The exercise routines are varied week by week to keep things fresh and challenging, and she gently encourages everyone to do the best they can. The classes are very enjoyable and the hour passes really quickly. I would highly recommend the Pilates classes to everyone - I havenā€™t felt this strong and flexible for many years.

    Having been injured out of fitness for some time and in need of something to gently coax me back to health, I am really glad I found Hapifitness. The classes are small enough to get the benefits of the experienced eyes of Hannah ensuring correct execution and thereā€™s enough variation offered to ramp up the exercise intensity. Itā€™s affordable, convenient and I donā€™t feel under pressure to do more than I am able to. Best of all, I am seeing results, feeling less pain and fitter. Plus my fellow ā€˜mat matesā€™ are great too. Bonus!

    Hapi fitness is a greay new yoga studio in Tunbridge wells. I've been 3 times now and Hannah is a great teacher who modifies to each students level and is friendly and supportive. Look forward to my future classes.
