Danni is an all round incredible human and absolutely fantastic photographer. From the first moment we chatted to her when whittling down our list of potential wedding photographers we knew she was exactly who we wanted to photograph our day. My husband and I are two awkward humans who generally dislike having our photos taken, so we hoped to find someone who could take natural photos of us so we wouldn't have to pose awkwardly throughout the day. She made us feel extremely comfortable when we talked, her passion for the work was instantly clear, and she really took the time to get to know us in a very genuine way. She was great with communication leading up to the wedding, she was very accommodating when it came to our bespoke idea, which was so appreciated. With Danni we got much more than we could have hoped for. Danni has a way of capturing 'moments' incredibly adeptly; she becomes so attuned to your day that she picks up on the micro-expressions and body language to create photos that are both technically beautiful and full of emotion. But she does it all seamlessly, moving around to capture the best light and angles without you knowing she's there, which was particularly great for me during the ceremony when I was feeling nervous about being in the limelight. Throughout the day Danni felt like a guest and a friend to all of us there. We had a small wedding (under 20 guests), and I was worried that a photographer would be conspicuous and there wouldn't be enough to photograph. But during the slower parts of our day (garden games and some relaxing in the sun) Danni was SO MUCH FUN. She joined in but also managed to take the BEST actions photos at the same time. Later in the day, my new husband and I took a walk through the forest with Danni to find a spot to take some more posed photos, because we both felt comfortable enough with her to do this. I'm so, so glad I put my trust in Danni because the results were incredible. I generally cringe when I see myself pose in photos, but another part of Danni's magic is being able to direct you in such a casual and conversational way so that you barely even realise it's happening until you receive the photos and get your mind blown that she had a vision all along. Words don't do her justice but I'll end with this: whether you have a very clear and specific idea of what you want, or whether you aren't quite sure where to start, you will be in safe hands with Danni. If you're looking to be centre stage, or feel a bit nervous and awkward, she'll know what to do. If you want to capture fun and candid moments, but also want those beautiful, emotional moments immortalised, there's really no one who can do it better. Danni photographed our wedding 2 weeks ago, and I can’t recommend her highly enough. She managed to get all the ‘key moment’ shots while seemingly invisible on the day! I genuinely don’t remember her taking my picture in most of the photos we received! She was also a huge emotional support to me throughout the day, and helped make sure things happened when they should and ran smoothly - really above and beyond. The group shots were completed within 15 minutes (as we had asked!). But mainly - wow - the photos are stunning and capture so many wonderful moments through candid shots of us and our guests, as well as many beautiful shots of me and my husband alone. If you’re looking for a kind, down-to-Earth, helpful photographer who will take lots of candid beautiful shots, then look no further!

Danni photographed our wedding at Upwaltham Barns in August, and I can't put into words how happy we were with her service. As a couple who are both quite camera shy, we were slightly nervous about the photography on the day. However, from the moment I saw her when I arrived at the venue she put me at ease. She managed to capture the most lovely candid moments throughout our day which is exactly what we asked for, and we are in love with her photos. She went above and beyond to make us feel special. Our photos from Danni were absolutely amazing and we have loved so much looking through them again and again. We loved the vibrancy of the colours - everything was so vivid and beautifully captured. It was so fabulous to see all the happy faces of our guests looking natural and relaxed as well as the lovely portraits. As well as the beautiful photos that will be a treasured memory of the day we were so delighted to have Danni's calming and friendly presence on the day. Several of our friends and family remarked on her great ability to take control when we needed direction but also to blend in so well that they all felt at ease and just didn't notice they were in the focus! We certainly also appreciate the reassuring organisation to get things running smoothly and on time in the morning and helping out throughout the day to make sure we really enjoyed ourselves! Danni was quite simply, AMAZING. She photographed our wedding day and went above and beyond at every stage. We can't thank Danni enough for everything she did to make our day extra special, we wish we could do it all over again. I was initially worried that we would find it difficult to choose a photographer, Neale's main hobby is photography and he has actually photographed a couple of weddings himself so he can be a difficult to please. I shouldn't have worried, as soon as we met Danni it felt like we had known her for years and was like having another friend at the wedding. Danni is an amazing photographer, such fun to be around, so many people have commented the images and how great she was on the day. We couldn’t recommend Danni highly enough! Once we’d met her we wouldn’t have chosen anyone else as our wedding photographer. It was important to us that the person taking our photos added to our experience, given they are capturing every moment of the most special of days, and Danni definitely did this. Her relaxed style, alongside her infectious energy, meant that she balanced perfectly taking control when needed, whilst effortlessly capturing every special moment whilst blending into the background. She has an innate ability to encapsulate the emotion of a moment in a wonderfully natural way, so that whenever we now look at our photos we’re transported back. Danni made us laugh, was calming when we needed it, and gave us some great advice throughout our day and in the build-up; she definitely contributed to our wedding day being the most special and memorable of occasions.

Danni was our photographer for our wedding in May 2018 and I couldn't recommend her more. We found her through our venue (she was a recommended supplier) and we are so grateful we did. Danni made us both feel so at ease on the day and was so much fun to have around when getting ready with family. Her style is really natural and she captured so many lovely moments from the day without us spending hours posing for photographs. Danni photographed our wedding on 6th May at Upwaltham Barns. From the very first meeting Danni was very down to earth, easy to deal with and helpful. On the day, she was barely noticeable among the crowd and took outstanding photos which we were delighted with, they were also ready for us very quickly after the wedding. The group photos were also excellent as she had everyone at ease. We would highly recommend Danni for any event.

Danni photographed our wedding day in May 2015 and I still look at the photos with a huge smile on my face over 5 years on. Not only is Danni super talented at getting the iconic wedding snaps, she is also a ninja who takes some amazing sneaky natural shots which really reflect the tone of your day. Danni has invaluable experience at most of the venues across Sussex and it made it even more special that she herself, got married at our venue meaning she knew all the best spots! It also helps that she is one of the friendliest and loveliest women I have met and she really became a big part of our wedding. I still get a pang of jealousy when looking at her social media of recent weddings- can we do it all over again?!

If I could rate Danni 10 stars I would - she is amazing⭐ Straight away from the very first Zoom call, her bubbly enthusiasm for what she does shines through. She was an absolute joy to work with and couldn't have done enough to help. Danni is just amazing. Absolutely everything you want in a wedding photographer. She was incredibly patient with my endless questions in the run-up to the wedding; and on the day she made me, my bridal party, our parents and our guests feel very relaxed. She also took over the steaming of my wedding dress and veil, which was greatly appreciated and one other thing I didn’t need to worry about. She did a perfect blend of the staged shots and candid shots. One particular skill was being incredibly efficient and speedy with the photos, while being friendly and funny and never making it feel rushed. The biggest miracle was capturing my mother with her eyes open and mouth closed - a feat rarely accomplished! My husband and I are so grateful to Danni for capturing our day so perfectly, thank you so much!

On the day it was like having a friend photograph the wedding, keeping us both calm, guiding us. She even have me her shoes to wear on the beach and hooked up my dress when no one else had offered.
