Mousehole lakes is an excellent fishery. We booked a lake to ourselves. Had plenty of room in each swim. The facilities are second to none. Everything catered for we ordered breakfast every morning. You can even have dinner if you want. You can grab a shower if you need to. Toilets were spotless. Cannot fault the place one bit. Excellent fishing with lovely fish and people. Also a friendly little dog and cat who pop around for a visit every now and then. A must visit fishery.

My first time to Mousehole and it was faultless. Every lake you go to you tend to always find something that could be better. I really can’t think of anything for this place. Turned up and was greeted by the baylif Rod who was extremely helpful and arranged a golf buggy to take my gear to my swim free of charge. Was very helpful in advising me of good spots in my swim to fish to which set me off on my way. Two ladies from the cafe come round and ask if you want breakfast and dinner and deliver them to your swims. If you decide to take your own food, there is a fridge and microwave with a seating area outside if you wish to use them which I think is rare to find on lakes and is a great addition. New Cafe building looks excellent which was due to be open soon also. Toilets are clean and regularly looked after. Have a nice bait/tackle shop which saved me a couple times with some bits I fell short of (and for reasonable prices too) Then there is the lake itself… All swims have plenty of fishing space with its own features. the swims and lake is clean and well looked after, and I was lucky enough to catch myself a couple of their common carp. Immaculate looking fish and go a very good size. Some great UK trophy fish in there that will easily challenge you for your PBs. Have to book in advance for this place and I can see exactly why. Best day ticket fishery I have been on and to be honest, I don’t think I will be going anywhere else after this great experience. Overall the best possible trip, for fishing accompanied by exceptional hospitality.

Spent 3 nights at Mousehole Lakes last week every bit as good as it always is. Rod the Bailiff even lent me his spare bed chair to save me going back home to get mine as I forgot to pack mine. My friend had 3 good fish, sadly I didn't catch but it was still 4 wonderful days. Food as good as ever and everybody there are as helpful as they can possible be.. Looking forward to our next visit

Just had 60 hour session on kingfisher lake with 2 of my mates, and would like to thank Dave Joanne and Rob for wonderful time their hospitality was second to none, we had food cooked and brought to our swims mmm lovely, the showers and toilets were super clean, and Robs knowledge of where to fish on each of our swims was spot on, Many thanks again and can't wait to fish there again. Would highly recommend Mousehole lakes

We had a 2 night session on kingfisher lake, wow what a service! Bailiff Rod is brilliant gets the buggy out too ferry all your gear to your swim, tells you the best tactics and is always there if you need anything. Food service was brilliant and very cheap again brought to you in your swim. Fridge freezer for use. And showers and toilets are immaculate and warm. Not an easy water but we did get 3 very clean and good looking fish all around 20lb.

Enjoyed our first stay here and highly recommend it - beautiful lakes with great facilities. Didn’t catch but friendly staff offered tips and other help with a real family vibe, they just could not do enough for you. Bonus to have clean toilets and showers, tasty catering right to your swim and really well maintained areas. Resident cat and dog provided amusement as well! Thanks Dave, Rod and team for such a welcome and we look forward to come back soon!

WOW! The place is the nicest place I have ever visited. The scenery is stunning, the food is stunning but the best part about the place is the people. Hands down the loveliest people I have ever met, so willing to help me (I’m a wheelchair user) and so knowledgable. Can’t thank Jo, Dave, Harry, John, Phil, Rod, Martin and the other anglers enough for a fantastic day out for me and my friend Kelly. Next time I fish there (hopefully next week) I’ll be better prepared knowing that I need the big wheel on the front of my wheelchair and a few other bits. The best day I’m buzzing!

Just spent the weekend at mousehole lakes. I have started to come every year with friends and have a little competition. The facilties are absolutely amazing. They have a new cafe on site. The food is amazing. The owners are fantastic people and the others working here couldn't be more helpful or friendly. I can't wait to come back next year and try and beat my new 33lb PB
