Part of the Tunbridge Wells & Rusthall Commons acreage. Great for walking around, with kids or dogs or both! Parts of the area are high above the valley section so watch your step as there are cliff edge type drops, but the views and camera shots are fab. Whilst here, check out the famous old steps down to the Victorian Baths area... again, just watch your step!

Lovely, peaceful area for a walk, or to sit and enjoy the views. There are a few different paths to take, lots of interesting rock formations, plenty of wildlife and, of course, lots of trees. There is also some interesting history, dating back to the stone age, and the area was part of the founding of Tunbridge Wells almost 400 years ago.

Peaceful wooded valley, with paths leading past impressive rock formations. On a sunny day the golden sandstone really stands out. Lovely place for a walk, with the trees providing welcome shade on hot days. Decent climbing opportunities too. Historic features the historic steps that once led to the cold bath, and the caves to the west side of the valley. A break in the trees near here offers a fine view, and there's a bench from which to admire it. There's a small amount of free parking on the road near St Paul's church - heading into the woods, there's an information board about the landscape and its history which is worth a read.

Lots of really cool bouldering routes to climb here, with also a couple of top rope routes. Lovely open space within easy reach from Tunbridge Wells. Definitely recommended for a climbing day out!
