Very nice hotel. We had a family room. A double bed, two singles, and a cot. Yet there was still a lot of room to move about. Air conditioned. Tv with freeview. Also, a shower with a small bath-great for baby and kids. Lots of plug sockets.

Fairly good Travelodge, well run, good value rooms. Centrally located in EG town centre near to the Cinema Atrium building. Little King Street. Near to the London Road.

Good location, close to the town centre and there are places to get breakfast or dinner just a few mins walking distance from the hotel. Off-street parking available and it's free after 5 pm and up to 9 am the following day. We managed to get parking on both nights that we stayed. The room we were given initiallly had a bad smell and the bathroom smelt like urine. We got to the hotel after midnight and were so tired so we just went to bed righaway. The next morning we went to ask for a different room and we were given the room next door, which did not smell. Overall, pleased with the room and service provided.

It is a very good stay if you are stopping in East Grinstead. There are shops, cafes, services, a cinema, and cash-only laundrette within walking distance. The train station is also nearby. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and quiet. The air conditioner works well. Wi-Fi is available for purchase per two devices per 1-, 3-, or 7-days using the email account of the reservation. A great place to rest after visiting local attractions, of which there are so many with not too much travel. Service here is prompt and friendly. Do not expect many amenities. This is simply a place to clean up and rest up between holiday activities. We stayed here last year and will likely stay here when we visit in the future.

This has to be the one of the best travelodge I've stayed at, friendly helpfull staff on reception, clean rooms, air-conditioning in the rooms, windows that actually block out the sound, and loads of pubs and restaurants within walking distance.

The rooms are tired but clean and the hotel is in a great location to be able to find something to eat on foot

Excellent low-cost over night stay. Very clean and adequate room and shower for a limited stop over. Good entry security. No eating facilities but 1st rate Weatherspoons directly opposite + high street Fast Food around the corner. Unpretentious and good value.

Accessable for wheelchairs and prams. Spacious, clean, very comfortable family room. Attending staff proffesional, very helpful. Located nearby, off the main road. Food stores around the corner. Many places to eat nearby. Cinema and resturant across the road. Transport within walking distance. Warmly recomend staying at Travel Lodge. Will return when I come again.

Excellent welcome from reception Helena. She gave a positive vibe from the start, polite and helpful...makes a big difference... Take note Travelodge she is a star.

Basic budget hotel that ticks all the boxes. Cheap, clean, modern and very central for a quick over night stay.

The hotel is right in the middle of the town, easy access to restaurants and shops. I was greeted by Alex who was really friendly and incredibly helpful. He even helped me get a taxi to the nearest train station. The room was nice and clean, the bed very comfortable, and had air con. Will be back soon!

Helpful, kindly staff. Room prep really poor. Felt cheap all round. Bedding clean, bathroom well presented. Sorry, no comparison to Premier Inn but served a purpose at the time. Unpleasant location. Cigarette bin full on arrival, even fuller on departure, no detail to attention. Note, non smokers.

It was nice and clean, room temp was quite hot and air con was only situated by the door, maybe should have had two units to regulate temp throughout the room. I liked the secure aspect of the door being closed at 10pm and only key card can open. I loved the self check out and putting the cards back into a safe opening at reception. I didn't enjoy the man knocking on my door at 1208, telling me its past 12 when I was just in a bikini,.packed up and ready to depart. I found it rather passive aggressive and invasive as the way he knocked and didn't announce himself I thought it was one of my friends who knew me.

Great staff, both check in and check out was great, very helpful. The room was what you'd expect for Travelodge, clean, tidy and simple although the prices now are far too high for the spec. TL used to be under 100 for one night. The room was very noisy, street noise and every door slam on my level and above were all through the night.
