I have an absolute phobia for snakes but the layout of the stores has been carefully laid out so you do not see any reptiles if u don't actively look for them....the fishes look amazing are decently priced but above all look so healthy and clean. Staff are attentive and very knowledgeable. Update: Shop has moved premises and shock horror snakes arr right at the shop entrance and staff walk around with them....if u have a phobia like me be aware! Now I have to send hubby in or go elsewhere ......

Visited the store on Grand Opening of the newly located store. There is a lovely selection of fish 🐠🐟 - marine, tropical & cold/pond varieties. Then there's reptiles, tortoises, snakes and frogs. It's wonderful that there is also other small animals in the store; hamsters, guinea Pigs, rabbits, rats, hedgehogs and a lovely selection of birds. As well as lots of amazing physical animals there, they also have a great variety of terrariums, tanks and enclosures and all the other bits and pieces you need for your pets from bowls, food, substrates, live food, frozen foods, tank supplies such as filters, decorations, gravel and water testing kits. Seriously there is a great selection of things here..... Oh.... And theres also an indoor play area at the back of the store to keep little ones happy!!

Love this shop. Knowledgeable staff, fresh, weekly live food and local. You can spend hours in here looking at all the different reptiles even rare ones.

Good range of fish, lizards and other reptiles as well as supplies, shop is unable to sell livestock at the moment due to a licence delay from the council

Items priced up are more expensive at till was told its due to the move from other shop and extra costs the item i brought was priced the same as the last one i brought at old shop but paid a pound more this time . Ill go elsewhere poor customer service too

I went here today, to get some tortoise bits, good range of things, as I find in other pet shops they don't do much for the tortoises, but here we found loads different treats and food and tank bits, really nice and big and lovely staff, gorgeous birds and fish there too, and other reptiles.

I love this shop, its like walking around a water zoo, great fun, interesting and they're very helpful in there.

Amazing store to visit. Good stock and very interesting. Grand children loved it too.

Just popped in the have a nose. Love all the birds tweetering away !! Large place to have a look around in. Staff helpful even if I was going in there to buy !!

Good pet shop, lots of animals for sale and a good selection of fish. You can get fish food for 20p and feed them, which is fun to watch, be careful you may get wet!
