👍👍 I just love doing yoga with Amy. She is very good at paying attention to individual needs and suggesting appropriate modifications where needed. I also feel so good at the end of a class, both physically and mentally. I can thoroughly recommend her as a teacher. 🥰 People often mention class, yoga, classes, love, recommend,

I was a complete beginner when I joined the Bodyprayer classes with Amy but have now been going along, including the on-line classes during lockdown, for about 4 years. Everyone's bodies and old injuries are so different and Amy will give you other options and alternatives for you to try, if you have less reliable joints/limbs etc. There are easy and advanced options. You do what you can manage and how much you challenge yourself in the stretches etc is up to you. Her classes are also really friendly. If I was ever going to join a yoga class it would be with Amy. Also they are different every week, so there is no routine or boredom and you get to work on different areas. Love it, love it, love it.

I absolutely love attending Amy’s classes. As a complete beginner to yoga I was very anxious about attending at first , especially in a group class - but Amy is extremely welcoming, patient, kind, approachable and knowledgable. Her studio is always immaculate and has such a lovely homely yet relaxing vibe ✨It is clear to see from the get go how passionate she is about helping people progress and grow both physically and mentally. I would highly recommend her classes for anyone suffering with mental health or stress as I always feel the benefits of attending her class from the offset and leave feeling refreshed and ready for the day. I really could not recommend her highly enough. 🙏💙

I last went to one of Amy's classes a few years ago now. But I remember it well and she is a lovely friendly teacher! Providing a kind, nurturing, safe space, where she got me into my very first attempt at a headstand (ages ago now). A calming influence and I am yet to try another face to face class but Amy's pregnancy yoga on youtube saved me in my last trimester and during lockdown!

I absolutely love Amy's class. Amy is a brilliant teacher taking you through each posture with great demonstration and verbal instruction which is so important as I often end up doing other way round 😂 She is very calm and highly knowledgable. I have been to many classes over the years and this is one of my favourites. Highly recommend.

What a lovely evening class to attend. Great bunch of warm friendly people of all ages. Men & women. The class is relaxing, soothing & I feel completely chilled after. Amy is a fantastic teacher, bringing a great calmness and sense of peace!

I love coming to Amy after a hard day at work, although you feel exercised there is always the treat of relaxation afterwards. Amy is fun, professional and enthusiastic with her yoga and you can tell she loves what she does!

Having never done yoga before I got pregnant, I started Amy’s prenatal yoga classes to keep moving during my pregnancy and increase mobility / decrease some hip pain I’ve been experiencing. It’s been such an amazing experience that I would love to carry on after the baby comes! Amy is so knowledgeable and explains every move and how it’s helping us and baby, checks in with us all at the beginning of class to see if there’s anything we’re struggling with or want to work on, and makes time at the end of each class for us to have a calm moment breathing and connecting with our bumps, which is a moment I love and would not make time to do if I wasn’t taking this class. I feel physically and mentally stronger and more prepared for my birth thanks to Amy’s teaching, and really look forward to sessions with Amy each week. Thank you so much!!

I've always thoroughly enjoyed Amy's yoga classes, and since becoming pregnant, I have been attending her prenatal classes to help relieve some of my pregnancy symptoms. Not only have I seen an improvement in my pelvic girdle pain, but I have also discovered many other additional benefits, such as improved sleep, a reduction in stress and anxiety (feeling very zen after every class), as well as an increase in strength, flexibility, and a closer connection with my growing body and baby. I couldn't recommend her enough. Thank you, Amy!

I cannot recommend Amy enough, she is not only a lovely person, but absolutely knows her stuff and has a very calm and clear way of teaching. I did a course of prenatal yoga with her and it was exceptional, I have learnt so much - both to help me relax in pregnancy and also tactics to take with me into labour. I will definitely be going back to see her for post-natal yoga once baby is here in a few weeks.
