    Firstly, I must start with saying that Kiri is a wonderful yoga teacher. She has a lovely and calming nature about her which I find essential in a yoga teacher. She teaches class to all level of students and is able to give beginners the modifications that they may need and encourages the more advanced students to try postures that are more suited to their ability. We have all had to quickly adapt to everything being done online and it has been quite a challenge for all of us. However, Kiri is a natural at our new norm of virtual classes. She talks you through the postures and gives you a sense that you are physically in the studio with her and the rest of her students. Kiri’s classes are very warm and welcoming to new students which I find very important. I had never been to any of her studio classes and feel very much a part of her community within her virtual classes.

    The Recharge Retreat was everything I needed! Thank you so much for such a beautiful day!! I have always loved Kiri's Yoga classes and use her Online Platform most days, but this Day Retreat was a game changer. The day was at the beautiful Fair Oak Farm and started with a herbal tea and an energising flow lead by Kiri. Yoga classes with Kiri are the best and the energy in the room is always lovely. After a woodland walk and a stunning nutritious lunch (inc a nutrition talk by Kiri) the day calmed with a beautiful Sound Bath and a Yin Yoga class. Being surrounded by nature for the day was so recharging and I am so looking forward to the next one! The goodie bags were a lovely surprise, filled with many little nutritious treats. Thanks so much! Plan another soon please!!

    Had the most wonderful recharge retreat with Kiri at Fair Oak Farm yesterday. Perfectly planned with energetic activities in the morning and then after the most delicious lunch the pace calmed right down during the afternoon . I cannot recommend Kiri’s weekly yoga sessions and special “ one off “ days highly enough . I left the day’s retreat feeling relaxed yet invigorated and slept like a baby !

    During the lockdown I was looking for an online yoga class and was recommended by a friend to book a class with Kiri. I was so impressed with the virtual class - which is well suited for all levels and abilities, Kiri's practice is both mindful and positive. The classes give a structure to the working (from home) week and I have noticed an improvement to my flexibility and strength as well as my mental wellness. There is variation to each practice and a sense of a friendly community within the online group.

    Kiri is a fantastic teacher. Her classes are easy to follow but she is able to ensure that she gets the best out of you. My husband and I are of differing abilities (he won't mind me saying he's fairly new to this) but the classes work so well for both of us and we both get so much out of them. She guides us effortlessly round the mat, seemlessly moving us from one position into another which makes the whole class flow beautifully and it really enhances the experience. Thank you Kiri for all you've taught me so far and I look forward to continuing the journey.

    Had an amazing day experience with my favourite yoga teacher Kiri. She was very knowledgeable about nutrition and caters for all levels and abilities Kiri is always engaging and makes yoga such a rewarding experience. Highly recommended!

    Kiri is such a wonderful teacher and I feel truly lucky to have found her! Her practice is very mindful and positive, while giving your body a serious workout. Her attention to detail, reminding you during her classes of the smallest of adjustments to each pose, make all the difference and have helped me to improve my practice and feel (and see!) a real difference. Kiri’s online classes over this Covid lockdown have also been a total saviour; I don’t think I could have done this without her! Thank you, Kiri!

    2 months in with Kiri and I have never felt better! I am so much more flexible and feeling a lot stronger in my running. She is so calming and I look forward to her classes all week. Booking into her monthly schedule has held me accountable which has been great for bringing some routine to this crazy time. Thank you Kiri xx
