1. Is difficult to get the charging on via the app and 2. The 43.5kw AC charger wasn’t working for me when I tried. With the Shell card, the 50kw DC worked quick and fine - seemed to be delivering 48-50kw reliably

More time off then charging. Not enought points available. And the delivery lorry parks across the bay so you can't charge while they are offloading.

On the 3rd Dec 2020 it did not work via contactless payment but I asked for help and they brought out a RFID card from the office and that worked (and was free) the staff do care and helped. The big problem is this is the closest space to the shop so it gets blocked by lazy fossil car drivers parking in it all the time! The signage is bad and the space needs painting with a warning sign.
