    Everything about Sweat-It is awesome! I’ve been going now for just over a year and it’s been one of the best things I’ve done. Each PT session and 30 minute supporting session is different. This adds real variety and works on each area of your body. The sessions are tailored to your ability too, so don’t worry if you’re a beginner or pro. There’s something for everyone! I highly recommend Sweat-It Training and the team!

    We both joined on the 30 day trial and are now absolutely hooked! We love the place, all the trainers are so friendly and helpful and everything is tailored to you. They work hard on your technique and completely understand the level you are at making sure you don’t over do things but also challenging you. There’s also a great social vibe there so it’s a real community. So much better than a standard gym. We look forward to every session. Tim and Sue Newman

    I had been doing work outs at home for the past 2 years as I have always hated the usual gyms, but I wanted to find something that would push me more as I was getting complacent, then I discovered Sweat It and have not looked back. I love the small group training sessions because you have a trainer able to focus on the small amount of people there, correct you and push you. I have improved in many aspects of fitness as well as feeling amazing and like I can conquer anything after a session. I really love the social side as well. I have made friends with so many people that go there and we all help each other along. It’s such a friendly atmosphere and you also know you are in safe hands. I can’t wait to see how I improve even more as the months go on.

    Completed my 30 day trial at end of January. There was no pressure or obligation from any of the Team to join but I signed up straight away! Found the classes were varied, enjoyable and fun, have never been to the same session twice, not quite sure how the coaches manage that but they do! I've never felt awkward or silly asking questions and realised that I've been doing some of the more simple techniques incorrectly, which has helped my back a great deal! Am definitely getting stronger and fitter and it's only been a couple of months - the coffee's not bad either! 😉 Thanks to all the Team! Jo xx

    Well, I made my self a promise... IF I actually kept up with a gym membership for a year, then I would write a review, because the fact I stayed at a gym, and actually went for a whole year speaks for itself in the first place! Sweat it have made it so easy to stay, I felt really welcome the minute I stepped inside. I love the fact you're part of a team, and I haven't ever felt like that! Everyone is so encouraging and wants you to do well, and today I did my very own PB (personal best) in squats so the review and year anniversary seamed so well timed! I could barely squat when I arrived, and today I did it with 60kgs on the bar! Every coach is so friendly and fun! I thought I might get fitter joining Sweat -it, but I didn't realise the positive impact it would have on me, feeling fit, feeling happy, feeling positivity, personal accomplishment, self esteem, coming out of my shell. Being allowed to enjoy the session and having fun, being able to join in with a team, Coming to sweat it feels like my daily dose of social, even if it is at 6am! Since having kids, I completely lost the meaning of ME, and that is so much more important than I ever realised, coming to sweat it, being encouraged as I have, its not just reflected in the sessions and my fitness, its been personal development for me too, I am a better mum, friend, colleague and wife! I feel so much healthier, stronger and mentally happier! I achieve something for myself now most mornings! And seriously, that's all down to sweat-it, the other members and the whole team! Roll on summer. Thanks guys!!!!

    Having finally taken the plunge after years of my wife telling how amazing Sweat-It I can honestly say she was spot on. The small group PT really works for me as you train in a friendly environment that encourages you to want to push yourself hard. This coupled with expert knowledge and attention to detail from the trainers has improved how I perform each exercise, ensuring I leave knowing I've left nothing in reserve. At 44 and having trained for many years I felt I knew a lot, but it turns out you can teach and old dog new tricks. For anyone looking to improve their health and fitness whatever your level I can highly recommend Sweat-It.

    A brilliant gym - clean, spacious, well equipped and well organised, but what sets it apart are the knowledgeable and kind team who are on hand to guide, encourage and challenge their members to get results and feel a sense of achievement. Everyone is helpful and really friendly and it doesn’t take long to feel part of the SweatIt community. The workouts are designed to test you, and you can be a complete beginner and the team will tailor the workouts to suit your level of fitness. I’ve been a member for 5 months and at first it was daunting, but I am getting stronger and fitter and I love that feeling when I have completed my 50 minutes of exercise and tested myself. It’s not all serious, we have fun and everyone is there to improve their level of fitness however small or big the steps may be. If you’ve time at the end of your workout, members can have a cuppa or a coffee and a natter which is a great way to meet other members. Come along and see for yourself!

    As soon as I was introduced to this lot I was “hooked” Tom (Owner) made me feel so welcome and at ease the moment I walked in the door. As for Eleanor (Toms Sister) well where do I start !! She’s on another level super balanced , well organised and just there to help you every step of the way. Oh yes the work outs!! Well that’s why I was there .. I think 🤔.. The sessions are well organised , structured and no more than six at anyone time in the group so very personable. If you are finding exercise challenging due to injury etc they will find you an alternative move to get you moving. It’s so much fun you don’t realise you’re hurting .. no of course not “no pain no gain” the 30 day trial flew by and now I’ve signed up for life !!! You won’t regret it. Signing off : Triclaire x

    I’ve been training with Sweat-It for 8 weeks now and thoroughly enjoyed every moment. Everyone is so welcoming, helpful and knowledgable and the gains I have made in this short period of time far outweigh anything I’ve achieved in the past on my own. The training can be intense but the euphoric pump you get at the end of a session makes up for all the hard work and the pain is soon forgotten. I’m finally starting to feel good about myself and it’s all thanks to everyone at Sweat-It. I can’t recommend them enough! Thank you guys!!!!
