Wow!!!! I am so grateful that I found Charlotte at Elegance Mobile Spa. I booked Charlotte for a lip filler treatment for the first time today and she is absolutely amazing! I’d literally say the best in the business in regards to what she does. She is so professional, kind, friendly and very genuine. She really does care about the finished look on her clients. I had 0.5 ml lip filler even though I had actually booked 1ml, but she was honest and said I only need half when she arrived. She even wanted to refund me the extra I had paid for the 1ml, but of course I refused because I am SO happy with my new lips. She deserved the tip. She clearly takes a lot of pride in her work and is excellent at what she does; her knowledge and advice given as well, was impressive and has actually made my day. I am very happy to have found this lady. The added bonus to her services is that she is mobile which is so helpful to others like me, who may have health issues and can’t really travel. Charlotte was polite & reassuring throughout the whole process of the anti wrinkle treatment. I was nervous of the treatment, but I had nothing to worry about! Speaking on the behalf of my mother in law, Charlotte was absolutely amazing. This was my MIL’s first time booking with Charlotte going with someone new you never truly know what to expect however Charlotte was very polite, friendly, professional she makes you feel comfortable. She explained everything before staring and answered all the questions. My my MIL was a bit anxious about how painful it would be as she got her jaw done but Charlotte was so gentle and her technique was amazing.
