We celebrated my 7 year old daughter’s birthday party at Bojangles Creative Cafe yesterday and I just wanted to say a huge thank you to you all! My daughter loved every minute of her party as did her friends and we can’t thank the Bojangles staff enough for how helpful and accommodating they were. We had everything we needed and the facilities were just perfect. We can’t wait to come and collect all the creations when they are ready. We would highly recommend Bojangles for a kids party or just a few hours of creative fun.

Held my daughter's birthday party here and the kids had the best time. The staff made everything so easy, from the initial organising to everything we needed during the party. Would highly recommend!

Upon my visit it was apparent that the location was extremely understaffed. I had initially told an employee that this was my first time visiting the location. The employee said that was ok and that she would come and speak to my partner and I once we had picked out our item for painting. We had then sat down and waited for the member of staff to come back to explain the process for the activity. Unfortunately, after a half an hour wait there was no sign of the employee returning. This resulted in myself assuming the process for the activity. In addition, we had ordered a can of coke and a cake each. This itself took half an hour to arrive. The only way for us to get these items was to ask a member of the staff who was standing next to the fridge. Honestly it was highly disappointing to see how understaffed it was and this itself greatly impacted our experience. Considering the price point of the activity you would expect better. We also had issues with overhearing multiple times a customer on a nearby table speaking about us. This was in a prejudice & derogatory way and made us extremely uncomfortable. As the place was so understaffed we weren’t able to make any member of staff aware of this. This resulted in us leaving early. Whilst the staff were very friendly they failed to; one provide us with the bare minimum for the activity and two failed to be present enough for us to report our concerns about a hate crime. We understand the age of the staff to be young but it is not fair on those paying for the service. Would NOT recommend.

What a fantastic place. Booked in for a potters wheel last week and painted today to be collected next week after firing. Whole experience delightful. All ages catered for by a very friendly staff. There were smiles all round. We'll done Bojangles.

Lovely little nook to come and enjoy a chat and therapeutic session of painting with friends or your children. This place has no age limit, it was nice to see creativity from all ages. The staff are really lovely and informative, I was talked through the process on my visit. The pottery was ready to collect within a week of visiting and included in the studio fee. The shop has a small cafe where you can order a home made sweet treat and hot drink, it was nice to see they offer a range of plant based milks also. There is a car park at the front however it is limited for spaces, this isn’t too much of an issue as there is a pub across the road which have plenty of parking. It is a little pricey as I spent £46 on two pieces of pottery to paint with my daughter which included the studio fee (£6), I didn’t order any food or drink so the bill can easily rack up much more if you bring more than one child. I do think the finished products make great keepsakes.
