I went for a pregnancy and induction massage as I was almost a week overdue and in desperate need of some comfort. I found Sam to be very welcoming, really knowledgeable and felt in such safe hands. Sam being a qualified midwife was really reassuring especially being so far gone. The massage was SO relaxing and it was the first time in months I felt totally relaxed. I ended up going into spontaneous labour a day later- whether that was because of the massage I can't say for sure but being so relaxed definitely helped. Have recommended Sam to all my NCT Mummies!

I have been visiting Sam for 4 years and she is the best masseur. I started to visit her post pregnancy when I had back issues, and she has seen me through another pregnancy and c-section. Sam is exceptionally good, knowledgable and so friendly. I genuinely look forward to my visits!

I’m a massage therapist who was looking to improve my knowledge of A&P and common ailments and injuries that I tend to see in clients. I wanted to improve my service to clients with these needs. I have found Sam’s Common Medical Conditions of the lower limbs course very interesting, and easily accessible (I’m someone who has struggled with A&P in the past!) I can pick it up when best suits me to fit around my job, and there is no looming deadline which is great. It’s the only course I managed to find that was more medically focused but as a CPD course that you can make fit around you. Thanks Sam!

I had a last minute Swedish message and vagus nerve toning earlier on this week. Sam was chatty and got straight to work. I left feeling fresh and the toning ten minutes was a calming experience which seems to have helped with the sleeping. Thank you
