    Non existent customer service! I paid for 3 sets (3 items in each set) and 3 other individually products, they sent a set and the 3 individually products, so half of the order. They answered to my first email saying they will quickly look into it and then never answered. I asked for my money back, since I already waited a month for the products, but it's radio silence from their side. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!

    You pay annual membership fee for 4 yearsā€¦ You visited the venue 0 time for last 2,5 yearsā€¦. but be ready to pay an obliged donation on the entry. Even if u want just to pop in and see if u there is anything left on the last day of sale. In the past, this donation was optional now ā€œyou must to pay, or leave..ā€. Wonā€™t pay annual membership anymore and will ask for refund for the current year. Idea: add this donation to the bill if you buy anything but no I donā€™t want to pay an additional fee just to see the last day stock! Especially if you charged me already for the whole year entrance fee. Or add that amount to your membership and stop asking ppl to pay on the doorā€¦ Not to mention please let me choose myself which charity i want to support. On additional not: Very rude lady on the entrance door, refused to call the manager for 4 timesā€¦ (Its my customer right Iā€™m afraid).

    No changing rooms! I can accept items are non refundable, but the very least you can do is provide adequate changing rooms, especially when you have mixed events.

    I have waited for my order for more than 4 weeks only to receive an email that the items are no longer available. How can you sell products without making sure there is enough stock?! To say I am disappointed is understatement. Will never be using your service again!
