My
fiancée
and
I
recently
got
our
bespoke
engagement
ring
from
Michelle
Oh
and
we
both
could
not
be
happier
with
it!
When
doing
the
initial
research,
Michelle's
designs
immediately
caught
my
attention
-
the
elegance
and
feminine
look
of
her
creations
stood
out
in
particular.
I
had
a
rough
idea
of
the
ring
in
mind
when
I
first
reached
out
to
the
team
(an
Art
Deco-style
ring
with
a
sapphire
as
a
centerpiece);
during
our
initial
conversation,
Michelle
very
helpfully
talked
me
through
multiple
options
and
made
initial
suggestions
as
to
the
stone
and
possible
design
elements.
We
mostly
communicated
through
WhatsApp
-
Michelle
and
the
team
were
really
quick
to
respond,
and
their
answers
were
always
on
point.
During
the
initial
appointment
in
the
studio,
Ella
made
further
suggestions
as
to
the
design
and
materials.
The
digital
renders
the
team
prepared
captured
all
of
the
various
elements
that
we
discussed.
Michelle
has
also
added
her
own
flair
to
the
design,
which
is
something
that
really
captured
my
attention
in
the
first
place.
The
finished
piece
is
absolutely
gorgeous,
and
my
fiancée
loved
it.
I
had
a
fantastic
experience
working
with
Michelle
and
her
team
on
this
project,
and
will
certainly
be
back
for
more!
The
entire
process
has
been
very
simple,
relaxed
and
stress-free.
At
no
point
I
felt
rushed
or
pressured
into
making
any
decisions.
As
a
customer,
you
would
definitely
feel
that
the
team
is
there
to
support
and
guide
you.
Finally,
this
review
would
not
be
complete
without
mentioning
Winnie,
the
four-legged
helper
around
the
studio!
She
was
very
excited
to
greet
us
at
the
entrance,
and
keen
to
entertain
during
the
visit.
Needless
to
say,
Winnie
is
one
of
the
key
members
of
the
team
:)
