Purchased the old pier in Weston-super-Mare and have let this local landmark rot in to the sea and pass a critical state of disrepair. Finally legal action has forced a CPO to hand this important landmark to the coastguard.

Highly dont recomend. CNM estate is company focused Just for profit only. Dont care about customers and estates. this happen with pier in Weston Super Mare. Last 10 years in the design stage. And nothing else. What a big shame for this company, specialy for owner, Wahid Samady -

Absolutely awful. Shoddy work and refusing to rectify anything putting residents in danger.

I would not recommend buying a property built by this developer. I bought a new build and have had many many issues since moving in. When buying the new build property, I was told that the developer would be responsible for fixing any snag issues and settling cracks. Many of the snags were never fixed and I now have settling cracks that are getting progressively worse (and starting to look dangerous). I have been flagging the cracks for around a year, within the period they are legally contracted to fix them, and they are ignoring emails and taking no responsibility. It is a shame to have paid so much money for a flat and now I will most likely have to pay to get these fixed myself. That is not what you expect when you buy a new build property.

Terrible company, all about their profits, should be ashamed letting Weston’s Victorian pier fall into such disrepair and area unsafe.

Letting the massive Kingston former bingo hall rot. A protected and incredible building and have destroyed the area's feel. No engagement or consideration for the community.
