    PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS APARTMENT!!!!! Travelled from Worcestershire to Chessington World of adventure for the day for our daughters birthday and then had 2 nights booked at the courthouse in ramsgate. Got the confirmation of booking and an email the day before to let us know they would email us check in details on the day we arrive with key safe numbers as they are change when guests check out. After finishing our day out in Chessington we checked emails and had nothing sent to us from the property so we decided to email them and ring the number on booking.com so we could speak to the owners or manager. After many calls to the number and emailing on booking.com we got a txt saying hello, We then message back saying we were on way and needed check in details and we were just completely ignored. We rang and messaged many times but heard nothing back from the terrible owners . We had to then book somewhere last minute and had to travel to folkestone whice was nearly 1 hours extra drive away. The owners did not even have the decency to let us know they had double booked and just decided to ignore all our calls and emails back about receiving a refund so we could pay for another hotel . This is a total disgrace and should be took off booking.com. this has apparently happend many times before by looking at other reviews. I would strongly urge anyone thinking of booking to STAY AWAY because if they double book for when you are staying you will not receive your money back untill the website you booked it off has sorted it out.

    Booking.com Tried to stay at apartments this weekend. Arrived and no key. Room was double booked. She refused to answer our calls left her cleaners to deal with us. Cost us a fortune in a last minute booking at a hotel. Disgusting! Don't risk the chance with them. They have done this before.

    This was booked for Mother’s Day weekend a month in advance for a weekend away with my boys. We received a confirmation of booking and the day before an email confirming our stay saying that they were looking forward to our stay and that they would what’s app us a code to access the property on the day of our arrival once the property was cleaned. By 4pm there was no message so we contacted our booking agent Agoda who tried to contact the property. I was told that they would call me back within half an hour after an hour still no call so I called Agoda again and was put on hold waiting for over 40 minutes. By then we were tired and cold so went to get a bite to eat. I then called Agoda again and again was put on hold this time for another 1hr 10 mins my son called from his phone by then we were sitting outside the property freezing cold and 90 miles from home. I was then sent an email around 9pm saying sue to unforeseen circumstances our booking was cancelled. That was it I was in tears at the side of the road with my boys upset and worried about what we were going to do. I was then offered alternative accommodation in Dover some 20-30 minute drive away. By then I had had enough. We drove home 90 miles to get home and the whole weekend was ruined. Do not consider this property or Agoda as they are unprofessional and have many bad reviews . The whole unpleasant experience was one I will never forget. I was refunded my £89 I paid for the stay and as compensation Agoda offered $12 to use against my next booking.. this was a complete lack of customer care and the compensation offered was a joke. Will never forgive this disgraceful treatment as this was a treat from my boys as we have recently lost my mum and partner and has added to our stress anxiety and sadness.

    Terrible place to stay! The bed sheet was clearly unwashed, there were lots of hairs in the bed and the sheet had so many bobbles on it. When we complained they said they would bring us clean sheets but they never did. The shower head was broken and half the water would come out of the side. There was sand in the room and even a dirty ear bud on the bedroom floor. There was hardly any toilet tissue, there was no mop or broom. in the kitchen the board under the oven was broken, the draws inside were dirty. There were no mirrors in the rooms. In the second bathroom you had to turn the shower handle at least 10 times all the way round to get the water to turn on. We had a few apartments. In the second one there wasn't even a flush on the toilet, it was so hot and the balcony windows were impossible to open. We requested 2 cots and upon arrival there was just one. The third apartment one of the rooms had no blinds, the garden had ciggerate butt's everywhere and the actual apartment door lock was coming apart. Would advise to avoid booking here!

    NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE Lovely place close to the Beach,Town centre and the Asda/Waitrose. The owner(DOES NOT GIVE A S...) is not reachable and will not bother to reply at all no matter how many times you call text her. She was kind enough to pick up once to give us the entry instructions and once more to let us know we can check in at 3pm instead of 4pm. The property has a list of issues including No wifi instructions from owner, broken toaster, dirty washing in the washinmachine, sink unclean, No Mop, window blinds broken, balcony door does not open, no exhaust in the toilet, dirty stains on bed sheets, NO HOT WATER FOR FEW HOURS IF YOU USE BOTH SHOWERS AS THE PROPERTY HAS WATER TANK NOT BOILER, tap broken, toilet seat ready to slide off, heaters on wifi hit n miss and so on.... If you cannot contact the owner best to cancel otherwise you will suffer.

    the check in in 04:00PM and check out between 07:00 AM to 20:00 AM And if you ask them to check in early at 2 pm, they ask you to pay an additional 50 pounds. This is manipulation and a side closer to fraud. Besides that there were no toilet paper available, I found part of one used roll I found dirty spons and dishis inside the dishwasher and everything should have been clean The bathrooms smell uncomfortable, such as the smell of old carpets, even though the apartment does not have a carpet We did not find any trace of Wi-Fi or evidence to guide us about where to find it, just as we did not meet any employee when we came and left. No one to answer my call at all .

    Whilst the property does have some great features, it is completely let down by the maintenance and cleaning. The apartment was ridiculously dirty with blood on the mattress and filth everywhere. Linens were not clean, and wet towels in the washing machine is completely unacceptable. Add to this mould on the duvets and everything falling to bits it was a bad experience. Note to the proprietor fire your cleaner and maintenance staff and hire someone competent. Oh and I forgot, the toilet had no seat.... 1*

    Booked a penthouse apartment for 5 guests as a special birthday treat. Confirmation and payment both for penthouse. Arrived and followed email details which was LOWER GROUND FLOOR, No penthouse! 1 small handtowel for 5 guests. Dirty toilet . Dirty glasses. Cutlery ECT for 4 people. Contacted booking .com who tried to contact the owners..no reply. No apology. DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY. Waste of money and spoiled the surprise " penthouse " for our friend.
