Joined this gym early this year and recently took part in their 12 week transformation with Ollie. I love the small group classes and with extra help from Ollie to keep my diet on track i made some real changes to my weight and fitness. I've started the hockey season on my best form in a very long time. I tried a few different gyms before finding anatomy and have finally found one I enjoy and can stick to. Plus everyone there, trainers and participants alike, are all lovely! Thanks guys.

I initially joined Anatomy37, on the Kickstart program, in March this year after admiring the progress of a fellow mum. I never thought I’d be one to say I enjoy going to the gym - this is all down to the welcoming atmosphere and community created at Anatomy. From PTs that all know you by name to other members who greet you with a smile. More recently I have completed the 12 week transformation with Oliver. He’s encouraged when needed and pushed me to try things I never thought would be achievable.

I have been attending Anatomy 37 for approx. 18 months now - the longest I have ever stuck to any form of fitness. I believe the reason for this continued commitment to be down to all of the Anatomy staff and the welcoming environment they have created. Even the days I really don't feel like exercising I turn up because I know that with just 60 minutes of the small group classes my mood will drastically improve and set me up for a positive day. If you struggle with consistency, are unsure where to start or are looking to switch up your existing training, I definitely recommend Anatomy 37 - you can't go wrong. :)

I have been a member of many gyms over time and often I did not enjoy the experience and so didn't go! So I hesitated before going to Anatomy 37 - I even cancelled my first meeting- but they did not hold that against me ! The reason I decided to write a review is because I am enjoying this gym, the small group sessions are really great, the staff are friendly and approachable- and that seems to rub off on the other gym users too! If you are thinking about it - take the plunge and go !

This is a fabulous gym. It is the total opposite of everything I dislike about about big, impersonal gyms I’ve been to before. I love how friendly and welcoming it is. The trainers know who you are, they know the goals you are working towards and make sure sessions are tailored appropriately. That personal touch makes a big difference. I also love that there is a maximum capacity in each SGPT class and in the gym. It is never crowded and you can always get on the piece of equipment you want to. Finally I love how friendly the other members are. It’s incredibly inclusive with people of all ages and fitness levels. It really is more than a gym, you feel part of a community. I genuinely enjoy my gym sessions… something I never thought I’d say!

I am about a month and a half in to training with Anatomy 37 and I will never look back! After my second baby, I wanted to get back into shape and get fit again, but was wary about how my body would react and how I would find the time and place to do it. Anatomy 37 is the only gym that I've come across that not only makes it accessible for parents to train with little ones, but promotes it. Lucy is a great PT and her training in pre and postnatal fitness gave me the confidence, motivation and opportunity to work out properly and safely 6 months after giving birth. The 2 baby clubs which allow parents to bring children with them, are amazing and again, make fitness accessible to new parents. Lucy, Craig and the team are fabulous, all know your name, get to know your capabilities and show what a tight knit and caring gym they are. I cannot recommend this place enough to new mums (and dads) who don't know where to start after kids. This is the gym for you!!

I’ve been training at Anatomy37 for 18 months now and have not looked back since joining. Having previously tried other methods of weight training and cardio fitness, participating in the Anatomy37 small group PT sessions has enabled me to workout far more consistently and effectively than ever before. All the coaches are super friendly, and each offers something unique, whilst also all working together in order to help make each session complement the next. The class timetable enables efficient planning for each week - and I have personally really enjoyed two strength sessions and one conditioning class per week in order to keep me on track with both strength and cardio goals. I would certainly recommend.

I only joined in January and particularly enjoy the SGPT sessions, which are varied, challenging, and offered at various times of the day, so I can easily build my exercise into my working week. The PT’s are extremely knowledgeable and super-friendly, as is everyone who attends. Not only has the gym had a visual impact on me it has also provided a wealth of hidden benefits. If you are looking for a gym that is different and forward-thinking give it a go!
