    I've been taking yoga classes from Candice for a while now and I have found them really useful for both mind and body. She applies philosophical and physical aspects of yoga to ensure that you get best experience through yoga. She genuinely cares for your well being and makes sure that her sessions are bespoke so that everyone enjoys and rejuvenates. I highly recommend participating in her classes and workshops.

    Candice's classes give me a sense of well-being both physically and mentally. She has a good considered approach to blending yoga and chi kung. Great help and advice when I had lower back pain. Would recommend highly.

    Candice is a professional teacher of yoga mixing vinyasa & qigong movements in each class. She provides easier & harder options to suit all abilities. It is very enjoyable & a great tonic for the body & mind!

    I really look forward to, and enjoy Candice’s Friday yoga sessions in her home studio. I find them very relaxing and grounding, and enjoy the mix of yoga with a bit of qi gong woven in. What I really like is the slow, calm pace and the way that Candice tends to explain why we do a particular movement, how it helps our bodies so I feel like I learn a lot each time. Candice is a brilliant teacher, very down to earth and warm and I would thoroughly recommend her.

    Candice is a brilliant yoga teacher. I needed to reconnect after a stressful year and found Candice via a friend's recommendation. I am doing the beginners course and having never practiced yoga before it is very gentle, insightful and just what I needed. Candice explains each sessions goal and then we work slowly through each movement together, being corrected where needed to make sure we stretch correctly to not cause injury. I love the names of some moves and also the intentions behind them to bring calmness. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Candice.

    Candice’s sessions are so lovely, I have never done qui gong but love the pace and calming properties of it. There’s always a nice mix of yoga, qui gong and soul nourishment in the classes. I love that Candice corrects my positions sometimes so I can get the best from the practice and reap the benefits. Definitely try this amazing lady’s classes

    I love this yoga practice and especially the Qi Gong addition which is thrown into the mix! Great to improve core strength, flexibility and rebalance the energy of the body. The yoga garden sessions in the summer are especially relaxing! Highly recommended 🙂
