Miserable staff, slow and can’t be bothered, smiles cost nothing

Moved to Potton in the summer and have had nothing but good experiences at Lloyds, staff are always helpful and friendly and I have found the service to be much better than my previous local pharmacy. Thank you all for your continued hard work and support :)

They never answer the phone, have been known to close randomly. I have also experienced rude staff, however not recently. If you can, use another pharmacy.

Staff are always friendly and try very hard to help. Often they are dealing with people who don’t feel well and aren’t quite themselves. I’ve been using the Chemist for 25 years and on the odd occasion a prescription doesn’t arrive on time or is delayed at the Surgery but that’s life. Well done to staff who do a difficult job with a small minority of ungrateful people

My 3 year old daughter has a prescription that I haven’t been able to collect 4 days now was unable to go else where as no transport at the time Was told I would get a phone call nothing Really sad this place should ever be shut down due to no staff,or taken over by people who can do the job.

Handy to have a pharmacy nearby. Staff are friendlier than they used to be.

Miserable woman in here today who i spoke to very poor customer service. Will not be coming in this pharmacy ever again. Rude people.
