The food options are very limited And the prices are very expensive They offer in the students desks very spicy and disturbing food… They should change the menu It is very unequal and unethical ! Whoever is the manager and chooses to make ilyhis menu should be disqualified and someone else replace him

Tried the fried chicken chunks today with buffalo sauce. They were actually so good. Addicted. Lady behind the counter was really nice and the portion size was massive!

I’ve just had the foulest tortilla experience in my student career, and it’s all the fault of the blue and pink haired server. It’s around 5:30pm, eat central is almost empty, and my friend and I walk up to the counter. This person comes out from the back, snidely saying “I wish people would stop ordering burritos”. This makes me feel extremely awkward, as right after I have to say “could I have a LARGE burrito please”. She proceeds to make the stingiest burrito I’ve ever seen, compared to my friend being served by the man, who has stuffed the burrito full. I received a sprinkle of cheese, and handful of chicken, and a dribble of sour cream. Ended up paying the same amount as my friend for a burrito half the size. She was also very impersonal and abrupt for the whole order. Begrudgingly, I take my meagre burrito and chow down. But before I can even finish my ration, I find a long stringy blue hair in my burrito!! I was appalled, having thought it couldn’t get any worse. Next time I come here, I’m going to make sure she’s not serving me again. Thank you and good day

Cool and Busy restaurant with nice outdoor seating. There is a good variety of food with Tortilla Burritos, Doritos macaroni cheese and currys. I ordered food to my table and it was delivered over by a robot which was pretty cool!!

Last year to help with the cost of living crisis the university negotiated an agreement with Eat Central to offer a £2 subsidised meal. The meals were of average quality but acceptable at the very reasonable price point of £2. Fast forward to today, the 'meal' that is served everyday consists only of the blandest rice and beans. Every single day. It's been rebranded as a French or Spanish Stew or a south-east Asian curry but it tastes the same regardless. Like disappointment. To have the privilege of a single slice of the lowest quality frozen garlic bread they expect £1.50 extra. For the privilege of a chicken breast skewer (dry and under-seasoned) they want £2.50 on top of this. I have no problem with a business dictating their prices, however, this initiative was intended to help those that are struggling financially and instead is being used to generate profit. Don't pretend to be charitable. The service is hit and miss. The atmosphere is what you'd expect from a school canteen.

I am sitting in Eat Central eating the chicken chunks and curly fries with the Korean BBQ sauce. The chicken bites are lovely & have a great crispy coating, the sauce also compliments them nicely. The choice of sauces is very good - something for everyone with spicy & non spicy. This is a very good satisfying meal and cost only £8. The service is very good, the staff are friendly and the general atmosphere is welcoming. The Christmas trees are a nice touch too! Also, I can see a robot delivering food to people sat at tables - very impressive to watch! Great!

The worst meal I had in my lifetime 🤮🤮🤮 So bad and tasteless It disturbed my health and wellbeing… I hope this restaurant closes…. We need worldwide cuisine! Not random mixes from underrated cooks! I am so dissatisfied and disappointed!!!
