An
impromptu
decision
to
have
lunch
out
led
us
to
the
Laughing
Fish.
Haven't
been
here
since
before
the
pandemic
and
I
knew
it
had
changed
hands.
It's
split
into
two
halves,
a
restaurant
half
which
is
pleasantly
lightly
decorated
and
a
bar
room
style
without
much
change.
Good
choice
of
beers
with
guest
local
ales.
Food
menu
seemed
initially
a
bit
on
the
high
side
but
when
the
food
arrived
we
were
pleasantly
surprised
by
the
portion
sizes
which
were
large
and
definitely
worth
the
money.
Also
the
food
tasted
great
and
my
pie
was
stuffed
full
of
meat.
Proper
pub
grub.
The
staff
were
also
very
friendly
and
I'm
looking
forward
to
returning
to
this
great
little
village
pub.
Highly
recommended.
