Great shopping location. just a real shame about the parking enforcement!! The shops were busy and we ended up leaving 15mins after the time stated due to being stuck in queues.. and they send us a parking fine which we are now having to go through the process of an appeal..

Be aware watch where you park. Even though it’s free parking make sure you park within the white lines. DO NOT park where there are no white lines. There is a space opposite Next back wall just on the top left bend. Been parking in that space for years with no issues. The space is big enough for a car and appears to be a space that is unmarked. DONT park in it as a ticket will be on your car for £60. Stated on ticket not parked between white lines. How about putting a sign up in that space or better still double yellow lines/ white lines across the space like most car parks do so it’s clear not to park there. Times are hard and this company managing the site trying to get more money, devious and extremely poor taste. *****Update, charge was cancelled by UKPC Appeals Department, glad someone saw sense, thank you******* given a star back down to common sense being used.

Don't come here very often, but wanted to buy something specific from Argos. It was quiet and efficient. Didn't have to wait long, at all.

Decent Shopping Park. Loads of different choices in this area. Plenty of shops. Easy parking. Worth a visit. Near other shops and food establishments too.

In a car park with multiple shops on the lot, you'd think there wouldn't be a 2h 30m cap on the time spent there. A pay and display would be preferable, at least you wouldn't be surprised by a nasty £100 fine. Makes you not want to shop at any of the shops on the strip.

Shop till you drop! Great sales and free parking

Very poor, just like the Town of Tunbridge Wells for shopping. Not recommended there are far more vibrant shopping centres with plenty of larger shops for everyone.

Take your car in at your own risk. The pot holes are awful. Shops....meh .... you have a new look, tk maxx and next.

Four fashion shops in a row with free parking outside. We went to tkmax which was head and shoulders above the maidstone branch, worth the extra mileage. Lots of other out of town shoos close by.

Next has a very limited mens section. TK Maxx is OK but you really gotta dig. Car park isn't great, and can take a while to get out of sometimes.

Currys was a great shopping experience with Angela, the salesperson on the floor. An asset to Currys PC World

It's not particularly an inviting environment to be in, but there is ample parking. Stores are all within walking distance and there are toilets available at the supermarket.

Used the bar and restaurant during our 5 night stay in May. A very friendly family run place and ate in and had 2 takeaways and very impressed. Would recommend If in the area.

Great selection of flagship stores, but parking a serious issue with only 90mins maximum stay

A nice out of town centre shopping area, but you'll need to drive from one area to the next! All the stores are not in one area. We visited Next and TK Maxx we also wanted to go to PC World and then have a bite to eat, that would have meant two more car journey's, we got tired of it all! A bit disappointed 😟

Good shops. Busy and cramped car park. Hedges restrict visibility nearer the entrance or way out.

Plenty of parking, shops could do with more stocked in them plus some shops are empty now not as many options available any more

Useful that some of the shops stay open late - and do click and collect. Saves queuing - in store or on the road. The Next service is particularly good and staff very friendly and helpful. Never had any issues with parking, been going here about 10 years!
