Amazing place to go as staff are friendly and always ready to help you. The bowling itself was so fun and the drinks were fairly priced. Loved the great experience and the chances for kids and adult to enjoy it were lovely. Overall I would come here again and recommend it!

This place has gone badly downhill when it comes to playing pool. None of the cues have proper tips and when asking a member of staff, they said that there are more out the back but they don't have tips either. This meant that people had to share bad cues. There were only three triangles to six tables so we had to keep sharing that also and the tables were awful. On top of this, the white ball kept getting stuck mid game on multiple tables, meaning we (and others) had to keep bothering the staff to sort it out (much to their annoyance). It's terrible to charge people for this when the tables aren't maintained. It doesn't cost a lot to fix this but it's obviously down to sheer laziness / being frugal. The surrounding area to the pool table was also quite dirty. There was an empty glass and plate there before we arrived and still wasn't moved an hour and a half later when we left. There was also dirty tissues on the floor. Total shambles and I wouldn't be surprised if this place is gone soon!

Always a lovely chilled out way to come and have a few bowling games and arcade fun! This bowling alley is in Knight’s Park just a few minutes from the industrial estate. There is also an Odeon here too. Very easy online booking system and pretty simple start to finish - bowling experience quite seamless. One star subtracted because the food and drinks on offer here are really bad and below standard - didn’t enjoy them at all!

We visited at 6pm to 9.30pm on 1st October. I would like to commend your Manager (unfortunately I did not get his name) nothing was too much trouble and he was doing everything! Our experience this evening was great. Very long wait for food and drink, which was cold. A very good Manager with a team who appear to do very little. He needs to be allowed to deligate.

The bowling experience was good although when I went to the arcade area I exchanged some money. When the woman game me money she gave me to little so when I asked for the correct amount she said no. I explained to her that she gave me to little and counted it in front of her but then her response was "I can't give you the money because I could lose my job"

We went here for my sons 12th birthday party with his school mates & I have to say the staff were really friendly and helpful. We did a game of bowling - which takes a while with 8 boys!, had hotdog/burger food & drink (boys liked it…) - and then in the arcade for an hour or so while they went ticket grabbing mad. Very easy for parents & perfect for this age range

Great fun for the family, also been to adult and child birthdays parties here, both were excellent.

We had such a great day here. It was much better than expected. I love that the bowling lanes have private booths. I didn't know it had a bar and diner. We went with our 5 year old and he loved it. I also thought the food was good, better than expected for the price. The staff were great and really helpful. Definitely we will go back.

We go to the Seniors session. It's a good hours fun for the oldies. Not as busy as it used to be so not so much atmosphere but still a good way to spend an hour.

Haven’t been bowling for a while and certainly enjoyed my time here The two hour time slot flew by Any all good on that front Food Well I reckon they could do a lot better. The food was bland and really no better than your worst truck stop Please please update your good choice and have a menu that’s fun and nice to eat. Make it your unique selling point and watch business improve

Good bowling alley, a lot of fun bowling and fairly priced. Diner was pretty good and again the prices weren't sky high. There's also a well kept arcade. Plenty of fun for the kids.

The male manager on duty was rude, arrogant, and almost like a petulant child, shouting and swearing at staff. rude to customers. The bowl plex is old and dated, and the toilets were smelly and dirty. The whole place is a throw back to the 80s, dated and dull. Don't waste your money.

We have visited the Hollywood bowl on many occasions and always had a fairly good experience on the whole. Parking at the knights park venue is easy and plentiful, the lanes and systems are really good and I think over the years they seem more reliable (less stuck balls and missed strikes etc). The staff waiting for drinks and food always seem helpful and friendly. The price for bowling always seems a bit much considering time/cost etc and we always try to get a deal when possible. Not so much a criticism of this branch but the brand in general. Only other common issue is the front desk and checking in/booking is slow and often hapless.

Jack was amazing from start to finish, extremely good customer service throughout the evening and really was the cherry on top for me. Will definitely return again.

Lovely place to spend a rainy day. Very clean, helpful staff. Game set up already when booker online. Wear your own shoes. Great arcade after to extend the fun. Only marked down 1* as food a bit slow to arrive but still very tasty.

Amazing staff at Tunbridge Wells that really go the extra mile. Even on a hot, sunny day, the team were cheerful, friendly, hard working and incredibly kind with a group of children we took bowling. We were so impressed with their work ethic and I hope they all know how much we appreciated them. It made for a fantastic experience.

We had a great time but all the pins are on strings now, which means that they don't fall naturally. It just seems weird and a little lazy. It was honestly throwing all of us off so much; you'd be sure you'd got a strike and then the pins would all pull back on the strings and a few would stay up. Up your game Hollywood bowl

Very good entertainment option for adult and kids

Very busy but the bowling lanes are well organised. Catering isn't brilliant, lots of stuff had run out and milkshakes weren't up to scratch! Staff were helpful though.

We did the Sunday night bowl as much as you like for £12 deal. The staff were friendly, food and drink reasonably priced. A good deal and great for a team night out.

Had such a wonderful evening with our little girls. The staff we’re absolutely amazing, always smiley, polite and willing to accommodate our every need quickly and efficiently. Special mention to Ellie on reception such an asset to your team there!! it’s safe to say our girls left with the biggest of smiles so thankyou once again. Will definitely be returning soon.
