The staff are very professional, from the reception to the sales department. Was immediately offered a hot drink and a seat and wasn't kept waiting to see the sales advisor (Thomas). Although young he was well up to speed on the products and was very polite. I think he will have a good career in sales going forward. When taking the vehicle for a test drive I was given a good run down of the controls and then simply told to go enjoy myself with no time limit imposed. I was at no time pressured to make a purchase. On our return we discussed the price and trade in of my existing car. Once we had agreed the details I was left to think about it for a couple of days, again without any pressure. The upshot Is I will be picking my new c-hr in a couple of days and couldn't be happier

Went in to look come out after having a test drive having bought a brand new one. Great service from Chris explained everything n if not sure explained again. I've now had my new Rav 4 for about 6 weeks now the money l think l have saved on fuel along makes this a great buy. Thanks again for Chris giving us great service. Have added pictures of my car.

Lucy was great. She got my car in no time. I been with mobility for over30 years but I’ve never had a better experience from getting a car dealership anywhere And what made even better was how Lucy explained my cars functions an told me how to use my new car. It’s brilliant. I love my car an I’m naming her Lucy after you. Thank you Lucy your the best.

Good service but poor time slot options. Only option drop off at 8am pickup at 10am. Did not hear about car so dropped in at 5pm, had to wait while paperwork etc was done. On service paper showed service started at 3:30pm (why take car in at 8am during rush hour?) Last service booked on line given 1pm time slot (good) but Snows phoned next day and told they don't book that way any more (8am drop off). Spoke to service reception and told works well for business planning (not good for customer!!!!!) In future if time slots are still same I will look for alternative service provider.

Visited Snows to purchase a Toyota vehicle. On entry, car parking space is limited, but very helpful gent in the booth helped to find a space. After a look around, I couldn't find what I was looking for until a young man named Callum assisted me. Callum took me through the process of finding what I wanted until the final purchase, I can not thank Callum enough for making the hole process fun and enjoyable with a very positive outcome.

I recently purchased a Toyota Yaris hybrid from Joshua May at Snows. From start to finish, the customer service was 10/10. I am so happy with my new little car. Thank you once again.

No previous problems. Took the car in for Service, MOT, engine and A/C clean. All done to price quoted. The pick-up + drop-off service was not available, though we normally use it. After the service there was some odd behaviour seen. Wing mirrors were unfolded (with car locked) when I picked up the car. They folded OK when I locked the car after getting home, but an hour or so later the alarm went off for no reason. After unlocking/relocking all seemed OK but the mirrors unfolded by themselves overnight. All seems normal now though.

Darren and the team at Snows Lexus in Hedge End are all great. Very professional service when purchasing a vehicle. Darren was very patient to explain all the details and he answered all of my questions. I highly recommend this dealership because they really do go above and beyond expectations. They thoroughly deserve a full 5 star reputation and I would definitely use their services again.

Car was serviced in good time however on collecting the car I noticed both the drivers side seat and footwell had dirty marks on them I informed the service department where a gentleman proceeded to spray and attempt clean the seat, this left a wet/ moist residue that transferred to my shorts on driving home, I attempted to call the service department to advice the mark on the seat was still there and indeed left a message, to which as yet I’ve had no reply. So £370 payment made, customer retention service non existent.

Mr Thomas Gregg provided a service experience that was reassuring, at a pace comfortable to me and gave me a high degree of confidence in my buying decision. He was very attentive and professional throughout. I highly commend his professionalism.

Received my annual service, which was seamless and hassle free. Offered a courtesy car, was in and out in 5 minutes, and managed to happily do some shopping while my car was serviced, including a lovely hoover and wash. Was sparkling upon pick up, and again quick handover and away I went! Thank you to Jerry!

Fab service from start to finish. Excellent level of knowledge and information in first appointment when test driving the car, and kept in really regular contact throughout the process until ready to collect the car. Final appointment for collection was not rushed, took her time going over things and overall just a great experience with Lucy.

Friendly and helpful staff. Thomas Gregg was our salesman and was incredibly helpful and nice. He was able to look at our current car and find a suitable upgrade that was not a giant leap in price or size. He was polite and gave us space to think about our decisions without feeling pressured. He was informative and helped us choose a car that we are delighted with.

From the full explanation I was given, to the detailed video that the technician Shaun sent me, to the lovely person that washed and cleaned my car at the end it was a first class service from start to finish and all the staff deserve to be praised.
