    Best gym I’ve ever joined. My mental health, nutrition, energy levels have vastly improved and my friends and family have noticed the difference in me too. I’ve tried to get into fitness many times in the past but never managed to stick to it. There’s something about the vibe of this place that hits different, it’s such a positive atmosphere and nothing about it is pretentious. The team genuinely care about reaching your fitness goals. Super grateful to Ben, Felicity and the rest of the amazing Total Fit Crew for all their guidance and support in getting fit. 💪

    I've had a few sessions with Ben for strength and conditioning sessions with my rugby teammates and we have all been enjoying each session. We have all been feeling significantly stronger on and off the pitch. Ben is a great trainer who pushes us to improve both our strength in a variety of areas! We also had Larissa for a session who was so lovely and also provided a great session.

    Totalfit is amazing and I wish I'd joined a long time ago. Not only has it been great for my physical health but it's greatly improved my mental health. The group class approach helps keep you assiduous and the other members are incredibly friendly. It's a supportive environment with everyone celebrating each others' victories (and sometimes getting in last rep really does feel ilke a victory). It also has some brilliant coaches. Each one friendly and with their own style. Every class start with a warm up and each movement is broken down so you know that form will be on point before going on to the workout itself. The approach they use provides a nice framework and structure to help you understand your strengths and weaknesses, and where/how you can progress. You're always supported, know what you should do, and how you can get better. If you need it, there are 1-2-1 sessions and that's really helped me stay consistent and work on a few of my own specific goals. (A big shout out and thank you to Mike.) Overall, if you're looking for a group of excellent coaches and a welcoming community, I can't recommend Totalfit enough!

    I had personal training sessions with Felicity, and it was very satisfied. As a beginner, I was able to work out well in all the session because Felicity considered my athletic ability. I was worried if I could adapt to session as a beginner, but her training allowed me to have my own athletic face. And now I‘m having so much fun exercising. She is a motivator, a good listener, and a great trainer. If you are considering whether to start exercising, don’t hesitate to choose TotalFit. You‘ll find the fun of exercising with amazing coaches!

    Fantastic gym with great facilities and an amazing supportive training team. Whether you're a gym newbie, experienced weightlifter or athlete, the team will know exactly how to get the best out of you all with a smile on your face. Can't recommend enough - undoubtedly the best spot in Brighton for all your fitness and wellbeing goals, whatever they may be. Not only have I have improved my all-round strength massively since joining, I've also developed a much bigger personal drive to improve in my sport and in the gym, all helped by Ben's awesome sessions.

    My personal training sessions with Felicity have been amazing. I honestly feel like a new woman since starting, less than a year ago. Felicity is a gorgeous person and has a perfect balance of encouragement, challenge and accountability. She's also a really good listener, which really helps with my motivation. Highly highly recommended whatever stage or age you're at!

    I joined Totalfit in March. I have had a positive experience so far. The supportive environment, motivating trainers like Mike, and classes led by instructors like Larisa who prioritize safety, guidance and improvement, make a significant difference in my fitness journey.     This was the first gym I have ever joined. I'm in my 40s and was not fit Everyone was kind and friendly, nothing was made intimidating or inaccessible. I've been able to keep it up regularly for 3 months and intend to continue. I would recommend this gym.

    I can whole heartedly recommend Total Fit Brighton. I’ve been going for just over 2 months and am so happy I took the leap to join. Having never been to a gym before I wasn’t really sure what to expect but each coach has been so welcoming and supportive. My PT sessions with Felicity have been great to get one on one support and she has been happy to break things down step by step as I am a beginner. She has been kind and super encouraging and has tailored the agenda of each session personalised to my goals. I always felt a bit intimated to go into a gym space but Total Fit is the absolute opposite, as it feels like a community who only want to welcome and support you to achieve your goals. The small class setting is also great as you feel motivated by your peers, something I always struggled with when trying home work outs. With the level method system they follow, I’ve been able to see my progression in a short period of time which motivates me to keep up the weekly class routine. All the coaches are really engaging and encouraging in every session - even at 6:30am! Going to Total Fit has greatly improved my mental health and I feel I am getting stronger and generally feel healthier with more stamina.

    I moved to Brighton and joined Totalfit at the start of July. I absolutely love the style of training, the coaches, & the people too. There is a real sense of community - its definitely more than just a gym - you are challenged to think differently, reflect on yourself and share with the others in the class. I have been doing a mix of PT sessions and the group classes and I really enjoy both in different ways - I love working through the levels on the 'level method' and seeing myself improve each month. Shoutout to Mike & Ben who are both amazing coaches and are extremely supportive & motivating to be around!

    Ben, Felicity and the team at Totalfit are an absolute joy and I can't recommend them enough. The Totalfit program is suitable for complete beginners all the way up to seasoned veterans, and this is reinforced by the excellent individual coaching provided by everyone on the team. For beginners a goal-setting session can be undertaken to plan training and nutrition to kick start you on the path to your fitness goals. On top of the program itself, the social aspect of the gym is a huge benefit. It's brilliant to encourage and be encouraged by other attendees and be involved in their success and socials are organised frequently to promote this. If you're looking for a great environment to be challenged by excellent coaches to reach your fitness goals then this is the place.

    Total Fit brighton is the best gym I have ever joined. Totally supportive in every way with a goal orientated system that is easy to follow and a comprehensive app where you can watch your progress as you achieve each level. Small classes are great value as you train with a PT who gives you advice and help during the class. Recommended highly.

    I highly recommend Totalfit. This is an awesome gym. Ben and Felicity along with the rest of the team are super knowledgeable and helpful. It’s been an amazing journey so far. My mental heath and fitness levels have improved in leaps and bounds looking forward to the next training session 👍

    I've been going to Totalfit Brighton for a year and can honestly say I love it! The coaches completely changed the way I think about training. Using the Level Method gives me direction where to hit goals helping me improve my overall fitness. The community they have built makes you feel like you're part of a team during every workout. ITs been a game changer for my mind as well as my body, after years dreading the gym its now the part of the day I look forward to the most.

    Ben, Felicity, and the team offer an awesome service. I have been going to the gym now for 9 months and every session is a new challenge designed to push your fitness. The guys are great at shaking up the program and always keep you on your toes. I have been to other gyms in the past and after a period of time complacency sets in as your go through the same drills, this is certainly not the case at Totalfit. The team are great at differentiating each set of exercises to ensure you get the most out of each class. If you are unable to complete an exercise, they'll drop it down so you can achieve but if it looks too easy for you they'll scale it up. The team will also take you through every move to ensure you have correct form and using the equipment properly. The gym has a great atmosphere, social opportunities and a great set of friendly regulars that are always happy to support and push you. Highly recommend joining.

    So glad I made the decision to come over to Totalfit Brighton, I have made so much progress and have less issues with injuries as the trainers are on hand to scale workouts to your specific needs. Ben and Felicity are both fantastic trainers, so supportive and encouraging and also very hard working! Lovely training alongside such a great bunch of people, who are all so supportive and friendly.

    What a fantastic gym. I joined Totalfit around two months ago. As I would drive past the gym on the way to work, I noticed that the classing taking place involves some Olympic lifting such cleans and deadlifts and cardio workouts. I used to do this sort of training at university when playing rugby and fancied giving it another go. I went into the gym to find out more information about what Totalfit was about and was so impressed with the gym facilities the presentation and the warm welcome from Ben, Felicity and Suzi I decided to sign up with the 2 x class a week membership option as it would fit around my work commitments. I have to say hands down that it was the right decision to join and the whole experience has exceeded expectation. The atmosphere during classes is great, the coaching is extremely professional and the results I’m seeing in my fitness have already come on a long way! I really enjoy how sociable the class are, and with each class focusing on a different area of fitness each class is never the same… Trust me it definitely gets the endorphins going!!! Totalfit has made training fun again and my physical and mental health have benefited massively since starting to train with Ben Felicity and Suzi. I’m so pleased I finally made the decision to drop into the gym to see what it was all about!!

    Since joining Totalfit, I've managed to get back to my pre-lockdown fitness levels. The level method has been invaluable in tracking my progress and incrementally making gains over the last year. The Totalfit coaching team fosters a family/team atmosphere and create a welcoming and inclusive environment for everyone involved. I'd highly recommend this gym to anyone

    Fantastic, friendly gym that caters for people of all levels. The workouts are all planned to stretch you, whatever your fitness level, and to teach you the best technique for weightlifting, gymnastics and many other types of exercise. The classes are very welcoming and all of the instructors are happy to give advice and help you get the most out of every session. Can only recommend!

    I have never in my life enjoyed fitness until I joined Totalfit! Ben, Felicity and Suzi are fantastic coaches and they have built such a lovely community of people who truly love coming to classes. The small size of each class means I can train alongside much more experienced athletes, yet still receive coaching that's specific to my level. I have gained in strength and fitness and its very exciting to be hitting goals that I never thought I'd manage!

    Totalfit Brighton has such a lovely atmosphere and ethos. Both Ben and Felicity are amazing coaches and great at getting you to push yourself and achieve your goals. Their advise is tailored to you and even in group classes every member gets individual guidance. The classes are so much fun and different each time to keep it fresh. There’s a huge range of abilities at each class and everyone encourages each other so there’s a great atmosphere and you feel really comfortable. I couldn’t recommend the gym more, whatever your goal or motivation, Totalfit is the perfect place to achieve it. Totalfit goes beyond just fitness and feels like a real community.

    Great gym that really works on your physical health as a whole. Clear emphasis on functional muscle groups, fitness and health benefits of exercise, which was exactly what I was after. Clearest benefit I have felt is for the first time feeling comfortable with forms and my body movements when doing whole body exercises. Resulted in better and more satisfying workouts

    I have been a member of plenty of gyms through the years but without doubt this is the best gym i have been to. The coaching is fantastic with Ben, Felicity and Suzi helping me see results in the short term as well as planning towards longer term goals. The other key elements that set the gym apart are fun and a real sense of community - great atmosphere at every session! Couldn’t recommend highly enough

    The best thing I done was to join Totalfit. The coaches are supportive and will adapt the work out to your own capability. You train with a great bunch of people that are supportive and friendly.     I am so glad I registered with these guys. It's always a mental struggle for me to go to the gym, but when I get there, the coaches make it worth it! Workouts are organised in a great way and cater to everyone regardless of their level and experience. The coaches are able to help you find the correct equipment and are able to adjust the level of the exercises to what is most suitable for you on the spot. There is genuinely a very friendly and easygoing approach with everyone and the guys, be that the coaches or other members, are all encouraging and motivating! Such an awesome experience, I would recommend this to everyone!

    Great gym with friendly trainers and members. I love the level method system as a way to track your progress and see clearly how you are improving. I also really like that fact that you get the attention of personal training within the small group, it makes it more fun, competitive and sociable. Been a good way to meet new people in Brighton as well. Would definitely recommend for new gym goers as well as more experienced, there's every level.

    I had been to a few different gyms over the years and my progress was always patchy at best. I would find it hard to maintain consistency, would plateau in training, struggle to keep my motivation levels up and going felt like a chore. Total Fit has been revolutionary in transforming my fitness levels, i'm stronger, fitter, healthier and feel part of a diamond community. One of the best things is, I absolutely love going to the gym (Made so many lovely friends!). It's more like a social event now than a chore and the team are just amazing; so knowledgeable, supportive and encouraging. Could't be growing so much without you guys!     This is the best gym we’ve ever been to! My boyfriend and I have always been into fitness but we’ve never stayed consistent or found anything that we’re motivated to do. Joining this gym really did keep us accountable and we finally found something we enjoyed! The small group classes allow you to challenge yourself and the coaches are amazing and make you feel very comfortable (thank you Ben, Felicity, Sarah, Larissa and Mike!). The little community at this gym is really something! If we didn’t leave Brighton we would still be coming - miss you guys!!!!

    Totalfit is without fail the best gym/fitness centre and fitness experience I have ever had (13 years of going to the gym). You will be paying a little more of a premium compared to other options, but the value is more than tenfold. They don't only have great attention to detail and meticulous planning around your personal fitness goals, fitness limitations and fitness capabilities but they do an excellent job in helping you strengthen other parts of your life too (emotional, spiritual, social and so on). The community they have cultivated is welcoming to all skill levels, its a splendid and fun energy to exercise in! They taught me how to use my body properly , moving me away from consistent injury over to hitting PB after PB!!! Ben and Felicity you are doing great things, keep it up :)

    Fantastic gym staffed by some incredible people. Ben, Felicity and Stephanie were always pleasant, welcoming and very friendly on each of my visits. I signed up for a months nutrition course with Stephanie at Totalfit Brighton as I felt that my own nutrition was stagnating and I wasn't getting the results I expected with a strong workout routine. From my initial consultation with Ben, and subsequent meetings with Stephanie, I felt like my end goal was something that they actually cared about and were eager to help me achieve. Stephanie provided me with guidance of areas where I could significantly improve my nutrition, as well as providing support and guidance daily for my eating habits and how to fine-tune them to get the most out of the gym and running. After my first month of nutrition coaching, I can feel a considerable difference in my energy levels and the results that I am getting through my training. Moreover I feel much more informed on how and what I need to be eating on a daily basis to achieve my goals. Would highly recommend signing up at Totalfit Brighton with Stephanie for a nutrition course. It has been a game-changer!

    Small group, hour long classes which have a really great team atmosphere and workouts adapted to ability. It's highlight are the coaches, Ben and Felicity, who are obviously very passionate about what they do and are very supportive. Really great option for motivation and for looking at more of a lifestyle change rather than just joining a generic gym.

    Totalfit is so much more than just a gym - it's a community! The coaches are very encouraging and go out of their way to get to know you as an individual. I have loved attending classes over the last year, not just for the improvements in my strength and fitness, but for the brilliant atmosphere of the gym. It's hard not to form friendships with the other people in your class, and there is nothing better than challenging yourself and pushing your limits alongside like-minded people. Felicity, Ben and the other wonderful coaches go out of their way to tailor the exercises to your individual goals and I love their holistic approach! Unfortunately, due to university placement, I've had to leave the gym for a few months and I miss it everyday! I can't wait to get back!

    A friendly and supportive gym offering small group classes that fit around office hours. Every class is graded into levels so you can tailor them to fit your ability and progress as far as you want to. Totalfit really make an effort to make you feel included and encouraged. A rare find!

    Best gym I’ve ever been to hands down. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable, encouraging and friendly. I could never work as hard in the gym as I do at Total Fit. Have enjoyed my time here so much I’ve been telling all my friends to join. Although this is expensive at first glance, once you start you’ll realise how worth it, it is. Thanks Total Fit Team ♥️

    If you want to see a walking angle without wings, Come and meet Felicity. She is AMAZING. I have been doing personal training sessions with her for three months. I love being there. And I have recently noticed a significant shift in my physical and mental well-being. They even have weekly themes and a monthly healthy habit which helps you improve your lifestyle. In general, the community and the other trainers are lovely too. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

    I've been a part of Total Fit since April, and it's been amazing! I've enjoyed the rhythm of classes and the discipline of exercising regularly. The classes are excellent and the teaching is diligent. The coaches are amazing at teaching the movements but also checking in and calling out when form needs to be improved - I am thankful for this! I enjoy the small group class nature and the encouraging environment of the other members. Highly recommend!

    I was in town visiting for a couple of days, and Totalfit Brighton was the perfect choice. Although I don't LOVE crossfit style trainings, the format of their classes were definitely a better experience. The coaches were extremely helpful and incredibly kind and welcoming, as well as the other members. I really appreciated the small group sessions. Highly recommend :)

    Great location and easy to get to. I love the gym’s ethos of sharing your thoughts with others at the start and end of the sessions. The weekly stories are so relatable to our own. There is a real sense of community. The ethos of the gym resonates so much with my values. The coaches are so knowledgeable, always happy to explain the exercises making sure I am doing them right or adapting them to my own abilities. Finally but not last, I love the workouts and The Level Method. I have noted an improvement on my fitness level in only 3 months. I will be adding another star to my review when they increase the number of available dumbbells and variety of its weights.
