Dr. Farrell is an outstanding dermatologist, very professional and friendly, she listened to my concerns and discusses the best treatment options available. I have been suffering from persistent cystic acne and acne scars for many years, but after following Dr. Farrell's treatment plan, my acne was gone in just 3 weeks. Since then, I have done multiple skin and laser treatments with Dr. Farrell to treat my acne scars and have had impressive results. I would Highly recommend her services!!

Over the years I have consistently been impressed by the care and knowledge of Dr Farrell and her staff. I travel a long way to see her and I am always happy with the results. In the last few months I would go so far as to say that she has possibly saved my life. She spotted a small pimple on my leg that looked nothing like any photo of a skin cancer I have ever seen. I had ignored it for months, but it turned out to be an aggressive carcinoma. Thanks to her it is now excised. I recommend Dr Farrell and her practice wholeheartedly.

Appalling client service. Arrived for my appointment and after 15 minutes was still waiting to be seen and no one had bothered to tell me that I was not going to be seen on time. Upon asking when I might be seen I was told they did not know. Completely unacceptable to be charged the amount of money this clinic charges to be kept waiting for that long. Not the sort of service you expect from a private clinic.

Dr Farrell treated my daughter for her acne and the results have been exceptional. Her skin is now completely clear. The whole experience - the nurses, reception team, Dr Farrell herself - has been excellent. Highly recommended

I would highly recommend anyone looking for a consultant dermatologist to contact Dr Anne Farrell. After many years of a painful skin condition I have found a doctor who is completely dedicated professional kind and who genuinely cares about her patients. Dr Farrell's team from receptionists to nurses are professional curtious and friendly. The surgery is very well run and you are put at ease and made to feel welcome upon arrival. Although my condition is not curable the treatment I am receiving keeps it under control. Which has made an unbelievable difference in my life. All down to the hard work of by Dr Farrell. I can not speak highly enough of Doctor Farrell and her team.

Dr Anne Farrell has been treating me for around 15 years, now. I have experienced aesthetic treatments, and a couple of different laser treatments. The most recent of which, Fraxel Restore, has been significantly effective in smoothing out finer lines and wrinkles. The treatment itself is brief and not as uncomfortable as I’d expected – the pre-treatment numbing gel really does work. I did need some down time to allow the swelling and flaking to recover but, by Day 5 I was out and about, with sunscreen and make up to camouflage the residual redness. The benefits of down time for me are getting done all those chores I’d been putting off, so it was rather productive. What I love about Dr Farrell and her team’s treatments is that they are all done with her patient’s interests at heart: she always takes time to listen the outcome that you want to achieve which, in my case, is not to appear like I’ve had any work ‘done’, rather to appear a little less jaded than I usually do! The clinic itself is in an large, elegant and spacious Victorian property, conveniently near the Pantiles. The treatment areas are surgically clean, and all Dr Farrell’s staff team are charming, reassuring and highly experienced at their work. I always recommend Dr Farrell and her clinic to friends who are considering having any aesthetic treatment done. She is without a doubt, the best qualified and experienced in her field of practice.

Had an appalling experience here. Phoned up the receptionist and stated to them that my partner had been struggling with a recurring skin condition which steroid creams had not been addressing. After asking them if they had consultants who were experienced with problems of this sort, I was quickly dismissed and told that booking a consultation would be the only way to find out. I really don't think it would've been a stretch to relay a simple message to the practitioners at this point so we could determine if it was even worth booking in the first place. She was desperate to see somebody and so we booked, big mistake. The dermatologist she saw was cold & dismissive. Hardly spoke or asked any questions trying to determine what the problem with my partner could be. Despite the numerous steroid treatments she told them that she'd already had, they simply had nothing else to offer other than to prescribe her even more steroid cream. My partner travelled home from the appointment in tears at how bad the experience had been compared to what she was expecting. I would certainly avoid this place if you're experiencing a similar condition as they'll do nothing for you. The impression they've left with us is that they only care about taking your money & nothing else.

Dr Farrell has been my dermatologist since I was a teenager when she helped me sort my acne. I've been coming here since then for all my skin rejuvenation procedures - fraxel laser and lumecca - and honestly wouldn't trust anyone else with my face! Dr Farrell is hugely qualified and she has a wonderful team working under her.

This is a fantastic clinic. I wouldn't trust anybody with fewer qualifications than Dr Farrell with injecting my botox or advising me on laser or other surface treatments. She's a medical Dr and cosmetic dermatologist. I'm scared at how little training some aestheticians have, and so reassured by Dr Farrell and her whole team - many nurses have been with her for years and they are a professional bunch. Highly, highly recommend.

I recently received a CO2 facial resurfacing from Dr Anne Farrell, who is an absolutely incredible Dermatologist.
