Having been a patient for years, I was greeted by a pleasant young receptionist, at the due time, until a uneducated, " jobsworth" , self-opinionated , officious, battle axe of a receptionist [ typical of what you used to find at the doctors]….took over ...never experienced anything like it and never got to see the dentist . You need to vet your staff…. Remember the people attending are your clients, not pieces of dirt to try and intimidate!

First hygienist appointment cancelled with less than a week's notice so there goes my booked leave. Next available appointment is a whole month later because the hygienist only works three days a week. I'll find somewhere else with a bit more depth of cover and flexibility.

I was amazed to read the previous review, I have been coming to this practice for several years now and have always been treated with the utmost professionalism, patience, and support when needed. Respecting the people who work there on a daily basis is key in these times of social distancing, and face masks. The receptionists are on the front line to the public and deserve our patience and understanding, and to comply with their safety protocols. All the receptionists at the practice have always treated me with respect and Sue has been a great help on sorting out appointments for a broken tooth.

Lovely dentist. I have had some horrible experiences previously, so it is really encouraging to repeatedly have positive experiences! Parking is a bit of a pain as there is only on street capabilities and it is right by a train station that serves London. The premises is a little worn on the outside, but modern, clean and bright inside. I find it accessible with my mobility limitations. I see Charlotte, and she is thorough, knowledgeable and kind. I feel listened to and treated as an individual. Never worried about going to an appointment. I also attend hygienist appointments there, absolutely fantastic a, s well. Brilliant dentist, that has been consistent over a period of at least the 5 years of my patronage

Highly recommend this practice - Dr Charlotte is friendly, highly knowledgeable and caring towards patients. Thanks to her work, i’m no longer ashamed of my smile and feel much more confident.

Dr Maggie is the first dentist (and dental nurse Mihaela) I actually look forward to seeing! Skilled, friendly, jolly. Ticks all the boxes!

Being a nervous patient, going to the dentist is always nerve racking. I went in to see the hygienist today, wow, she's amazing! Anca and her assistant did everything possible to make me feel comfortable Explanations were given before the treatment started and during the session. My mouth has never felt so clean! I cannot recommend Anca enough

I have been seeing Maggie at HBDC for years and have always been very pleased with my treatment. Maggie is very friendly and now my children see her too. Maggie and her nurses always make us feel welcome and talk through any treatment needed clearly. I highly recommend her.

I'm an extremely anxious patient, hadn't been to the dentist for years and needed sedation for any treatments, since seeing Maggie, I have built up trust and yesterday I was able to have a tooth extracted under local. She is amazing and so reassuring. Lilly was also so gentle and lovely, put music on to distract me which really helped. Thank you so much High Brooms!

Charlotte Gentry has been the best dentist! I had my Invisalign done by her as well as regular check ups for myself and my children. I’ve had so many compliments since finishing my treatment. She is really professional and friendly and has been able to ensure that my kids actually don’t mind going to the dentist! Sharon is also amazing, really kind and a great assistant. Receptionists are friendly and helpful. I find the text message reminders really helpful too.

I'm fortunate enough to be a client of this clinic. I've been seeing Maggie Guest (dentist) for many years and can't recommend her highly enough, she is simply the best. Maggie has looked after my teeth with friendly, helpful, happy enthusiam and with the utmost care and professionalism - she is simply the best. I also use the clinic for dental hygiene sessions, I see Anca who, like Maggie is the best at her profession - always happy to see you, kind, professional and really cares about helping you look after your teeth and gums. Sue at reception is always really helpful too. What a great team!

I've seen lots dentists in my life (unfortunately) lol .... but I must say I'm really happy I've got Dr Charlotte .Her work is fantastic and she is got the most gentle hand ever. Dr Charlotte and Larisa are always friendly and are listening to my needs and extremely professional . If you need a dentist that is awesome , thorough and gentle Dr Charlotte is the one ! I'm a nervous patient, so I'm a pain in the butt! Can't help it always been like it. This was my 1st visit to any dentist in over 10 yes. I needed a cple of back teeth out, my absolute worst fear. As soon as I entered I was greeted by pleasant staff at the desk. When I met my dentist and her assistant I was clearly flustered 😆. But they both made me feel at ease, comfortable and I didn't feel silly for stressing. Top notch service. I would highly recommend this dentist. 5 stars

Dr Charlotte is always so personable, caring and professional. I always come away feeling like I’ve had a very good check up on my teeth and am given tips and advice. She always checks how I am and shows real empathy and concern. Absolutely recommend!

Absolute nightmare to get hold of. Been calling for the last 2 days and still no answer and the website's contact doesn't work either. quite a poor service.
