Nice big rooms at a decent price. Staff are very friendly. Easy walk to most of the town, close to the good bars and the pantiles are around 15 minutes away. Not quite 5 star due to the slightly old decor but definitely worth it. Had a room at the front which faces onto the road but it was pretty quiet as we were there during holidays and no one seemed to be driving.

Amazing greeting from Daniel and staff they really took care of all our needs. They family room was a great size and comfortable bed. I have to be gluten free and the staff made sure I had a lovely breakfast. Definitely recommend.

Nice clean room. Shower was good towels bodywash and shampoo provided along with a hairdryer. Heating wasn't on though so myself and my partner were cold. The Duvet was quite thin so no snuggles there! All in all, it was a good basic hotel after a long day at work.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very affordable but quite tired. It must be difficult to keep carpeting clean from stains. The stains gave it a feel of uncleanliness even though the room was actually spotless. I would consider staying again as it was affordable and the staff were great.

Fantastic value for money. The room was clean, the bed was large and comfortable and the bathroom was huge with a roll top bath and separate shower. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room with complimentary shower gel and shampoo were as good as any other hotel I've stayed in. We will certainly be returning and I thoroughly recommend a stay here.

Large room that has TV, the room is basic and dated. En-suite Bathroom had a spacious shower but again dated. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was ok with coffee, tea and a choice of cooked breakfasts. Overall I would say over priced for what you get.

Rooms were fine and clean. We only stayed for one night so we were happy with a no-frills, competitively priced facility. This is what we got with the added bonus of friendly, helpful staff. The restaurant was very limited and the food bland. If you are looking for more sophisticated cuisine I would recommend eating in town where there is a good choice of restaurants. Overall, the hotel was good value for money.

Lovely friendly staff. Room was clean but there was blood stains around the door frame of the bathroom and lime scale all over the shower head. The shower door wouldn't open because the shower head kept getting stuck. When I asked at reception for hair spray and razors they told us they had none along with other things that had been advertised for sale.

Cheaper than most. Bed was OK, room was OK. Shower was nice. Rooms are old and shabby but OK. A little paint wouldn't go a miss. Went to a wedding in town just slept here. All was ok for 50 quid a night. Parking on the street tho, need to be lucky to find a space.

Lovely stay. Huge room.super comfy bed. Food was fantastic. Hot and well presented. Staff are really nice and always there for you. On arrival the guy on reception gave us all the info about the area and helped us with finding the crematorium. He really is a lovely chap.
