Great room, very comfortable bed. Very helpful staff as we checked in late after a wedding nearby. Good breakfast.

I am very pleased with my stay at the One Warwick Park Hotel. The service was friendly and professional. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the bathtub made my stay even more enjoyable. I liked the design a lot. The breakfast was delicious! (vegetarian and vegan friendly). I wish to stay longer :)

I visit One Warwick Park Hotel every week for a breakfast business meeting with 40 other guests - I must have been there at least 60 times by now, so I know it very well! The Hotel always provides an excellent experience. The meeting facilities are good, the food quality is excellent, and there's always a high level of service and attention to detail from team of Karen, Sham and Lorenzo. The town centre location means you're within close walking distance of The Pantiles and High Street, which is nice bonus for a change of scene. I'd recommend One Warwick Park to anyone looking to host a business meeting.

Amazing people at Warwick Park, I am taxi driver and had a booking from Warwick Park this morning at 8am. Unfortunately, my customers ask me to wait until 8.30am. I didn’t mind waiting for an extra half a hour but as soon as the reception staff from the hotel heard that I had to wait for my customer they offered me a coffee. Maybe this is a routine gesture for them but for me it was most welcome and much appreciated. Thanks again. Saïd

We visited this Hotel as we were attending a wedding for a family member. It was a beautiful hotel and an amazing setting for a wedding. The food was lovely, no complaints. There isn't any parking at the hotel but there is plenty of public parking within walking distance.

Would love to say how absolutely amazing our bottomless brunch was today, the attention to detail and service was just fantastic, food was fabulous and the Prosecco was bottomless. It was a special. Occasion for my mums birthday and one Warwick park made it a stupendous experience. In particular Mia stood out with her fabulous pouring skills, infectious sense of humour and attention to detail, also Lorenzo made us feel very welcome and special. Kelly Nash

It was a fun stay honestly, most of the staff were very nice to me besides this one guy who got mad just because i was trying to navigate myself in the hotel and was about to enter the wrong room, other than that everyone besides him were lovely. My room looked so amazing and fresh. Location wise there isnt a whole lot to do and the stuff i ended up doing were a bit further away from the hotel so i had to take a lot of cabs there or do a long distance walk. Hotel itself looks stunning and the breakfast was nice to eat

My daughter got mattied here. Other than parking issues the venue is exceptional. Attention to detail. Cleanliness, friendly staff. I loved it

We had our wedding here a week ago and cannot thank One Warwick Park enough. The overall experience was exceptional and the day went out off with no hitches and was seamless throughout. The food was 10/10 with many of our guests referencing how incredible the food was. A huge shout out to Austra and her team - they were amazing! And the cocktails were dreamy. Thank you for making our day perfect. We also stayed in the suite after and it was brilliant. And any of our wedding guests staying also had a wonderful experiences.

We stayed in one of the Junior Suites for a weekend and apart from the lack of parking directly outside, the hotel reception is so easy to access. However, there is plenty of free parking further up Warwick Park. The room was a great size and the bathroom was great. The negatives were having to vacate the room at 8am on a Sunday morning when the fire alarm went off for another building, on the plus side they did apologise as they sent us back to our rooms. The only other negative was an after the event email saying that when we had tried to open a sticking door to get out of the hotel, the glass had cracked and they are trying to charge us £350 for vandalism. The location is great, and there is lots of on street parking within a 10 to 15 minute walk, the service is terrible, but the rooms are great.

Lovely hotel perfect location for the pantiles, and the station, nice bar and eating areas. No parking is the only issue but after 6pm on a Saturday, parking is free up the road.

I visited One Warwick Park Hotel for my student's graduation, so some of the findings may be down to the host rather than the hotel. On arrival I was given elderflower pressé that was delightfully refreshing on a warm summer's evening. Unfortunately we were then kept in the bar for over 40 minutes before being shown to our tables. The room was airy with lighting along the beams. A good option for a wedding reception. The only issue we had was noise coming from people walking past outside. The finger buffet was clearly labelled and I was surprised by the lovely range of vegan food available. I would have liked water jugs on the tables as the falafel can be difficult to swallow if you have a dry throat. The bar was well priced. I paid just over £20 for four drinks. It was just awkward that we had to wait for the barman to restock as the speeches started. Parking is difficult if there is an event on. I felt like I had parked back in Frant once I had found a space.

We stayed at One Warwick Park for our wedding. HOTEL REVIEW: The room we had was a suite, and the fit and finish was excellent. Room service was fantastic and the food for breakfast was brilliant. Mid week breakfast seems to be table service and a buffet on weekends. We had hired a number of rooms for guests and on the whole we thought they were spacious and well appointed. "The biggest bed I've ever slept in" from one guest. Another praised the bathroom decor. WEDDING REVIEW: We chose One Warwick Park for our wedding for three reasons: 1) The venue decor looked amazing 2) There was plenty of accommodation for all guests who wanted to stay. 3) Fully air conditioned - Its July. The team at One Warwick Park were accommodating to all our requests. They were able to answer all the questions we had, or could research anything they couldn't answer straight away. They took into account all our directions, so when we handed over everything, they had all the resources they needed to run our day and make it magical and memorable. The price we saw was what we paid, they didn't add any surprise costs of fees. They have dedicated staff who know their jobs and have an atmosphere where I imagine it's a nice place to work. Every member of staff we spoke to was polite and friendly. We felt that they had pride in the job they were doing, and its little things like this which add an aura of joy to the magic of the day. Facilities were great, good sound system, mics for speeches, clean table linen, plenty of chairs and tables. All the touches that make you feel that you're somewhere nice. Food and drink at the tasting was excellent and a similar quality was served on the day. Austra, who headed our wedding team in the run up and on the day, would often approach us to check things were ok, but over all we felt that she was supporting us. Any stresses of the day, she carried or dealt with, leaving us and our guests to have a joyful memorable day. We'd highly recommend One Warwick Park as wedding venue. They set a very high bar, other venues may struggle to compete.

I photographed a wedding at One Warwick Park Hotel recently and wanted to leave a review as I had a great experience working there! The staff were great, the main room for the ceremony and reception is lovely. The room where the bride got ready in morning was very nice, natural light and plenty of space. Definitely have a look if you're on the search for a wedding venue in Tunbridge Wells!

We stayed here as our wedding was close by and we were so impressed. The rooms are roomy, quiet, clean and very well set out. The staff were incredibly lovely and professional. The breakfast was first rate and generous. Location is amazing! A big recommend from me!!!

This is a really lovely beautifully furnished hotel in the heart of Tunbridge Wells. Every member of the team was very friendly, helpful and professional. However there were some glitches in our stay. We were were surprised to find that we couldn't book dinner because the restaurant was closed and we hadn't been informed about this on booking. On entering our room it was quite cold and the default 21 degrees on the a/c wasn't working and cold air was coming out. Also the heated towel rail wasn't working. The very helpful lady in reception tried to fix both issues remotely but was not able to. Coming back from the town after dinner, which was difficult because so many places were fully booked, we found that our w/c was in permanent flush mode and we couldn't sort it. The very efficient gentleman on reception fixed it, but could not fix the a/c or towel but did offer a change in rooms the next day. We declined because we were both going to be out and didn't want to pack everything up and unpack again. I had to go out early to a sporting event to find that breakfast was not at 07.00 as told by the receptionist on arrival, but 07.30. However the staff were excellent and porridge and toast arrived instantly with an excellent coffee and I got away on time. Our more leisurely breakfast on Monday morning was great. We did enjoy our stay and would like to stay again, it is a beautiful hotel, and maybe it was teething problems.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at One Warwick Park Hotel. The location is ideal to walk to the city centre where you can find lots of shops and restaurants. The staff is friendly and professional. The bedroom is very comfortable, quiet and the bathroom is well equipped.

Wonderful hotel located a stone's throw from the Pantiles. The front of staff team are very friendly and the room was immaculate and well insulated from street noise. I had room service in the morning and selected the full English from the menu which was piping hot and delicious. Staying here is serious value for money. Well done to the team at Warwick Hotel.

Beautiful room! Breakfast was fabulous! Comfy bed a quiet. Super helpful staff and friendly. Perfect spot in centre of town with plenty to eat and drink within short stroll. Highly recommend!

Everything about our stay was great, lovely room with uber comfy bed. Great decor and brilliant service from all of the staff, especially the chap on reception.

I stayed here in May as my lit one had s trial in a school in TW. Staff was super great 👌 quick check in. Room was very nice . Bed was duper confy. All very up to date. Shower was perfect. Breakfast could have had more option but gor a quick one was OK. Location is excellent. Will defo stay again. I booked via booking.com and what you see is what they give, not like another 4 star in the same town that has false advertising. Very happy with this hotel.

👍 Well located hotel, Very comfortable and clean bed, good breakfast, Staff generally very helpful, efficient and friendly, especially bar and breakfast crew. 👎 We got into room, bathroom adequately clean, bedding very clean and fresh. However, carpet and surfaces were very dirty, dust, sticky patches and hair, honestly looked like hadn’t been cleaned for weeks!? The carpet was particularly dirty with fresh stains detritus and sticky black patches. The worst were the smears on the leather headboard which could have been either blood, chocolate or worse? I called reception to ask someone to come and see, expecting a supervisor or manager. The member of housekeeping who came was deeply ashamed and apologetic, and set to work and did their best to get the room in shape whilst we got ready to go to a wedding. Though a senior member of reception was aware of our issue, nothing was followed up and seems that they didn’t care, if they had I would have scored 4*. We were due to return again in September, but will definitely go elsewhere. Real shame as management let down the whole team and hotel.

Not as fabulous as it thinks it is. Breakfast not dissimilar to Premier Inn. Major difference is staff serving your coffee and clearing your plates. However it's still a buffet situation. Room and bathroom nice enough but nothing special. The location is good. will I return? no,not at these prices it's just not value for money.
