Love
this
place.
Parking
for
the
day
is
about
£14
and
they
have
a
lovely
canteen
but
you
can
bring
your
own
picnic
and
it
works
out
pretty
cheap.
They
have
a
lovely
young
kids
play
area
with
sand
and
boats
and
swings
and
slides
where
parents
can
grab
a
coffee
too.
Fab
place
to
spend
the
day
walking
in
nature,
picnicking
and
playing.

very
well
put
together
christmas
light
trail
through
the
forest.
lights
and
christmas
carols
that
draw
you
round
the
winter
trail.
The
inclement
weather
of
the
last
24
hours
made
the
lower
section
of
the
walk
a
bit
muddy
but
the
enthusiasm
of
the
forest
wardens
kept
the
mood
festive.
well
done
