I don't believe the hype of the big fish have fished there 3 times now.. very badly kept swims with mud up to your armpits.. I agree with reveiws that say they could put some money into that.. or at least take a leaf out of elphicks books. My son wants to do a 48hr on lake 8 tomorrow. I'll give another honest review after that. It has a tackle shop. I found very over priced. It is good that it has toilet facilities.. at this moment I can only state they need to look after the place more and not over state the stocking... let's see after 48 hours fishing .

Had 6 cat and 2 carp out of lake 2 . Would have been 7 cats but first one would not go in net. Fish close to margins (about four foot) on luncheon meat.cant wait to try the. New lakes

The swims need tidying up alot and the toilets need a really good clean and a light not just the wiring showing

Had a great session 5 catfish two of witch was 23.6lb and another at 42.6lb and 4 carp 2 at a couple of lbs and biggest being 15.3lb great weather to help one carp was a bit in the wars so had carp care done

Well run fishery, as a disabled angler being taken to and from the swim on lake 7 was brilliant. Paul was very knowledgeable and puts you on the spots, will be my go to place for catfishing, worth the 3 hour drive from Bristol.

Very rude staff, book on one lake get there to be moved to another, lady’s rides about on a quad bike just being rude, there are better fishing lakes local wouldn’t recommend.

Amazing so so many carp to 24lb and cats to 56lb wound in at night time got sick of catching dont let the people who cant fish put you off the rewards are there to be had if you want to avoid the smaller carp use 18mm bottom with a 12 mm pop up otherwise use little baits you will have a great time

I have fished orchard for 3 years now as a 16 year old carp angler I can't fault it, it's honestly a lot better then some other local lakes in Kent. I have fished Lake 11 which I blanked on but saw plenty of fish spawning, Lake 12 which I found quite a hard lake to fish only caught a 7lb mirror, I cannot fault Lake 13 which is normally my go to lake so far I have had a 14lb common and a 15lb catfish out of there not bad as I have caught a lot of fish out of there. I also fish Match Lake 6 which I find amazing so many fish in a day few weeks ago I had a 18lb 8oz Common just as I was about to pack up. Can't fault Orchard I see a lot of people disrespecting the staff, rules and Lakes but honestly there is nothing wrong with them in fact I am looking at fishing here this weekend.

I fished here for the first time this week, for 48 hours, I did walk round the lakes the day before hand, just to get a feel of the lake, and to see witch lake i wanted to fish, toilets are located very near the lakes, they we're clean, with soap, there are definitely family friendly lakes, most lakes had catfish and carp, i personally have never caught a catfish, on this visit i had to 12lb and 14lb, bit like giant tadpoles really, there is a site cafe that does nice food, and safe parking for the car for night 🌙 fishing, i will be using these lakes from now on.

You can't fishing here ,dosen't metter the day or time they will tell you that they are full ,this people are a joke ,they are racist with non english people ,sorry but I will not recomand this place to anybody Hope they will go out of business soon ......

First time fishing here and ended up on lake 13. Had a few fish , but muddy but overall not to bad . Would come back

Went to orchard place. In April Bit late with this review. I know the owner cnt control the wheather. But ..after several days of rain .lake 7 and 8 are basically mud pits . This is a real shame . As It would not take a great deal of effort and money to improve the swims .ie .bit of gravel and some timber . SO PLEASE MR OWNER . INPROVE THE SWIMS .

Had a 24 hour on lake 12 with two pals. Had a 28pound mirror out 3am.. Had a great peaceful time. Very nice lakes. Will return 100% for some big cats. Ty.

Fishing match on Lake 6. My first time here. Came straight to the lake as didn't have cause to visit the tackle shop. The fishing was very good in the bright sunshine.

Love orchard place its kept clean tidy well run I would say one of the best in Kent mabey England!!

Great place, lots of fish, friendly staff. There is a coffee shop there where you can have breakfast. I am a begginer and I had the best fishing times in my life. Been around to more than 10 fisheries. This is the place for a busy fishing session. You won't get bored.

Smelly rude staff! the thing driving round on the quad doesn’t look like she’s washed in about a month she was definitely wearing the same clothes from the day before the soap dodger you could see the grime in her finger nails! Her self hygiene matches her personality as her people skills as are as dirty as her hair she looks like she sleeps in the office drinking cans of white ace maybe that’s why she’s so miserable and for her drippy for eyes son he need to watch how he talks to people from behind 2 hedge rows thinking he’s hard cos he will come unstuck soon enough

Took my 10 year old son. Great day had a bream and some mirror carp. Friendly lady in the tackle shop. Few families and groups but all good.

Good fishery with plenty of lakes to chose from. Does get very muddy in winter
